This place had no clue how to print post card size! Gave them the measurements and original email to go off of. Waist of 30 minutes of our day dealing with two different guys trying to poke around on a computer. Told them to forget it and went else where. They should just stick to shopping. Zero Stars!.. Had to choose one star because zero was not an option.

I was traveling for an event at the new event center, and we placed an online order for pick up. After picking up the order we realized it was not printed correctly. A quick call to the store and the confusion was straightened out, and the order was corrected. THEN, we realized there was a problem with the uploaded file. The staff worked to help us find the correct file on the Internet and printed it correctly. While the confusion and stress was an unwelcome part of the transaction, the team onsite made it clear that they would help us, and stayed after closing to complete the order. This kind of customer service was a welcome treat. Estes Park is well represented by this team.

This seems like a pretty average UPS store location, with all the standard services UPS offers. Mostly, I come in to drop off shipments for work whenever the UPS truck doesn’t come by during the day, and the staff seems proficient, if not overly friendly. During my first week at my new job, I came in to drop off some packages and the attendant asked if I wanted a dropoff receipt. I asked him if that was standard procedure for our store, as we print our own labels online and drop them off, since it was my first time doing so, and he looked at me as if I were a bit mad for having the audacity to ask. He explained that the primary purpose behind the dropoff receipt was to have records of the tracking numbers that we’d used(which we already have, since we printed them ourselves), and that our store associates didn’t usually request a receipt. So I deigned not to trouble him for one. I suppose that the information is generally helpful, but it was more the way that he stated«that’s just for tracking numbers» and looked at me as if I was foolish to ask a question about the standard interaction between our businesses during my first week at a new job that bothered me. It wasn’t unfriendly, necessarily, but it’s not a place I’d likely return to if we didn’t use it for work and it wasn’t the only UPS store in Estes Park. I’ve definitely had better customer service experiences at other branches.

Clean and nice but overpriced. Cost me $ 20.00 to send a 16 page fax. It only cost me $ 2.00 to print all 16 pages so why would it cost ten times that to fax it?
