I really liked this place. The owner hand paints her yarns and silks and everything she does is really pretty. The owner was friendly and helpful but not pushy which was nice. It was easy to just look around and not feel pressured into buying anything.

This is a very nice little store. This is not a typical yarn store with lots of choices but a nice place to buy hand-dyed yarn directly from the woman who has dyed it. It is pricey yarn, but pretty. I bought a couple of skeins there to support the business and to get a nice souvenir from my trip here but I would shop here very infrequently if I lived nearby.

Deb’s artist touch to hand painted her beautiful yarns and roving are a treasure to behold! As a knitter I was in heaven! Got several skeins in various colorways and nice shawl pins. She was helpful and even suggested great places to dine while in town. Her yarn colorways are inspired by the surrounding Rocky Mountains — makes a delightful take home memory of Estes Park.

Early June, 2011: Lovely yarns and batts & roving. Deb Coombs, the owner, dyes them herself. Wonderful natural polished rock buttons! Deb weaves and sells her pieces, but I was too busy talking with her and looking at the buttons to pay much attention. The shop is right across one of the bridges from the public parking lot on Moraine Avenue. She had newly-dyed yarn and batts outside to dry, and that’s what caught my eye ;)
