The food was subpar and extremely overpriced, paid 45 $ for two beers a burger and chicken tenders. The selection of beer was decent but for the price of food it is not worth it. 50 cents for mayo seems a bit intense for me I will not be making it back to this establishment

If you like small portioned meals that are extremely overpriced, this is the place for you. For $ 10 you get 3 tiny chicken fingers and fries. A burger comes plain for about $ 13. Once you start adding typical burger toppings, cheese sauce etc. the price jumps dramatically. Ended up spending 17 $ for a below average burger. First and only time eating at this establishment

I have been to this establishment once and can promise I will never be back again. Small portioned, mediocre food, for an extremely high price. When I spent $ 10 on chicken fingers I thought that was normal, until I received 3 tiny pieces on my platter. A burger that starts at $ 13 jumped to $ 17 when I added cheese and BBQ sauce.

Walked in, we were told to seat ourselves, sat down and looked at the menu. Waited and waited for a server to come by. A group of 4 came in, sat down at the table right next to ours, and a waitress went right to them and ignored us. We got up, I spoke with the woman bartender and the waitress that ignored us expressing our displeasure of being ignored and all I got was an «I’m sorry, I didn’t see you.» Really? Not possible because she and another waitress walked right by our table. Don’t know how the food was because we didn’t stay and will ever go back– terrible service! I would not recommend this establishment.

It was nice hole in the wall bar. Bar tender was great and very friendly. There Kitchen was closed so they let us order pizza and have it delivered. They had darts, pool and Foosball. It’s a pretty big place. We will go back to this place next time we are in town. Also had juke box.

Awesome Reuben, saurkrat was not too potent. The corned beef was delicious. My boyfriend’s buffalo burger was flavorful.

Food was great. Had fish and chips. They make their own chips. Very good, not very salty. But hey are hot and fresh so add some of you like salt right when they come out so it sticks. Freshest fish and perfectly cooked– better than anything I’ve had on the east or west coast. Limited items on tap, but hey are COLD and fresh. Mmmmm. Staff was great and friendly, helpful too. Met he owner but he doesn’t go around saying it. He blends in with the rest of the staff. I got in a convo with the waitress or I wouldn’t have know. Great guy. Love a boss/owner that isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. Thanks Colleen and Dave for a great first visit.

The atmosphere isn’t the worst, but some of the bar staff isn’t always very nice. Karaōke can be fun with the right crowd. Jen the bartender provided the best service I’ve ever had in here by far! A direct quote from Jen: Every day that you live is a fairy tale. Keep on rockin’, Jen!

Colleen was a great server! Fun off the busy strip stop for a bite and several beers! Very attentive owners too. Cool place.

Bartender was less then welcoming, after asking how their bloody Mary’s were and them talking their bloodys up which were nothing more then Campbell’s tomato juice and pepper she was just rude and offered nothing to make it better. Will not be visiting them again.

Went in for lunch. Food was decent pub grub, although I had a Shepherd’s pie that was tiny for the price I paid for it. The service was OK, restaurant was a bit dirty, but the bathrooms were something out of trainspotting(which, I get it, youre a pub, you get a little more leeway than most, but come on) They obviously do good business so it won’t be any big deal to them if I don’t go back.

Shane was freaking awesome. He made sure our drinks weren’t empty and is pretty cool. The atmosphere is chill and lively at the same time. Recommended for sure.

I am very confused by all the reviews on here. I would not consider this a ‘dive bar’ whatsoever. I think the term dive bar is too loosely used this day in age because of the ‘hipsters’. A dive bar is a place with drunks, smoking, the strong smell of beer hops and yeast and locals. This place obviously puts money back into it. It’s an Irish pub, not a fancy steakhouse so it’s weird how people keep knocking the food well. What did they expect? It’s bar food! Nice and tasty. Anyway, I walked in here impressed and enjoyed myself. Colleen is awesome(bartender), she was attentive and courteous by all standards. No complaints from me because I didn’t have unrealistic expectations. I’d recommend this place emphatically to someone who has their nose parallel to the ground… Not stuck up in the air.

Fairly average little Irish-themed joint in beautiful downtown Estes, with some pretty decent food offerings and the ubiquitous Guinness draught handles commensurate with its thematic status. I’ve always meant to make it in when there’s live music but haven’t managed it. The staff is proficient, but aren’t overly engaging during the slower part of the day. I don’t think there’s a real dive bar in Estes, so this kind of ends up being the laid-back stopover for locals in the middle of the day that are in need of a tavern where everybody knows their name but doesn’t bother them much. That’s not a bad thing, but the service could stand a short in the arm. The food is good! They run daily specials, and have a pretty good lineup of sandwiches. They also feature Guinness-marinaded corned beef, apparently, and aged Irish cheddar which can’t be beaten on burger or bread. So kick back and have a pint and a bite; the ambiance isn’t bad and the food swings an average-level service location back into the realm of places I’ll return to.

Atmosphere: This place is old, and run down, dirty. It had a LOT of things on the walls, the bar, everywhere, which made it look very«busy». I had the Ruben Sandwich which was the special of the day. It was not special at all. It was extremely dry. I tried to eat it, but I had to keep taking sips of my soda pop to get it down. Not good. My husband had the fish and chips, which was very good. They serve home made potato chips. The service was ok, our bartender/waitress was friendly, she never asked if we needed anything else after we got the food. There were only us and another table in the whole place. So, it is not like she was busy. This is an Irish bar/restaurant but it plays old 80’s music. This I did not understand. The prices were high considering the portions we received, and the quality. If you are looking for a place to drink, this is your place. Other than that, I don’t recommend it.

Went here with my boyfriend on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. I had a club sandwich and he had a cheesesteak. They hit the spot! Diner/bar type food but it was good. Delicious French fries! Friendly bartender. Great beer selection. Pool tables.

No service, at all, might as well have been invisible. Waited around for about fifteen minutes and not one server even acknowledged my presence. Suppose I am invisible, luckily my money isn’t and I took it elsewhere. Also, the place smelled terrible and the overall condition of the place was what I would consider poor.

Would give zero stars if it was an available option. Walked in on a regular saturday afternoon. The waitress said hello as we came in and sat down by the bar at a table. We then waited about 15 mins and watched several waitresses walk around us and ignore us. A large group of people came in another 10 mins later and one of the waitresses helped them move several tables together for their large group to sit. She then promptly started taking their order. Confused we moved to the actual bar to see if we could get service. Nope, waitied another 10 mins while they all just ignored us. It smelled horrible of vinegar or stinky feet so we got up and walked out. Dont waste your time at this place. If you want service go anywhere but here.

Friday and Saturday Karaōke night is great. The wait staff and owners are much more friendly than other local bars. A great place to have a drink with friends, play some pool, and enjoy karaōke.
