I stayed at this place for 10days during December 2012. I have to say that Terri is a very sweet person. Although it was out of season and she was bound to leave town for work, she still welcomed me and accepted me to stay at the hostel and I am very grateful for her kindness. The hostel is located on a side road offering the quite during the night. Places to park your vehicle are there but scarce. The hostel has a small kitchen to cater for yourself, a fridge, a stove, and cooking utensils are also at hand. The common living room is nice and inviting. The sleeping rooms have bunks and I saw some single beds in other rooms(probably for families). There are 2 bathrooms. No curfew for the nocturnal among us but as in every place there are quiet hours to obey. During Winter there are seldom guests at the hostel, I enjoyed the company of a very nice older couple who were the only other guests at that time. I had an entire room for myself and in the evening we cooked together, enjoyed a nice bottle of wine and talked. I totaly enjoyed the winter setting of the Rocky Mountains and the solitary it offered, there are beautiful places to explore and hike(bring your snow shoes). It helped me to relax and replenish my energy consumed by the life in a hectic city.

So well run-Terri was a friendly, accomodating hostess. Our room was the sunporch, overlooking the street. Comfortable, though it could use better covering on the window to filter out the street light. The kitchen was very organized and clean, but small. There was a tiny porch where my sis fed a little chipmunk early one morning. Living room/tv, dining room was just fine for reading, watching news and surfing the internets. We were very happy with it.
