I had contacted the Enchanted Forest in April about doing flowers for my upcoming wedding in June, and was emailed by Mandy that she would take care of my personal Proposal on flowers, that she would be out of town for two weeks, and that I should trust her, and she will contact me when she returns from vacation. On May the 14th, I contacted the Enchanted Forest to see if Mandy had returned, and she had, and again said she would work up a quote on my flowers, consequently, Mandy did contact me again on the 15th of May asking me questions about my centerpieces, I asked if I could call her instead of emailing back and forth, and this is when she decided to tell me that Oops, she forgot, she had 3 other weddings and couldn’t do my wedding, «sorry». I find this very bad business, and then I was given a line of excuses from the owner being on maternity leave to having someone threatened in the store oh and yes, the best one, one employee went on vacation… amazing I waited over 3 weeks to get an estimate of cost on flowers, and then all of a sudden can’t do my wedding? I myself am a business woman, everyone makes mistakes, but it takes a «real» manager and a good business person to fix a problem that they have created… I would have many doubts about this place of business and how they conduct business, and with the other choices out there, I would not chose the«Enchanted Forest» for any floral arrangements.
