Unfriendly atmosphere, next to huge RV and trailer park. No wifi in room. Breakfast is served at 8.30 a.m. — no exceptions. You eat then or you don’t eat. The food is set down in front of you, then the owner hurries off as if he were allergic to his guests. Small requests are met with exasperation. We were happy to depart.

My wife and I stayed here here two nights. we got this as a wedding gift on living . the place was pretty packed up so we decided to upgrade to the cabin. as you can see from the pictures I posted it was snowing that day. We arrived about an hour before the check in, We greeted by the owner. Roger, he immediately welcomed us in, and started the check in process an hour before the check in time. he gave us a quick orientation of the facility and when breakfast is. the cabin that we stayed in was unbelievably comfortable, and quiet. The wildlife out our window was impressive. elk and deer roam freely around the area that we stayed in and around town. the room was nice with a spa bath tub and we had wine cheese and crackers, at checking our room. the bed was comfortable, and the room is very clean, & I might add that it had a gas fireplace there as well. That night we were looking for a restaurant, and we contacted Roger if he knew of any great locations around town that he might recommend. he told us a couple places that he recommends, and we ended up going to one. the next morning we went and ate breakfast in the main cabin. breakfast was unbelievably good and Mat are expectations. I definitely recommend this place for newlyweds, honeymooners, an anniversary. my wife and I definitely will be returning to this place in the future.

This was our first stay at a cozy B&B and we were very pleased. Roger, the owner, was as nice as could be, leaving us wine, cheese and crackers upon our arrival. He was extremely helpful suggesting different hiking locations around the area. The homemade breakfast each morning was amazing. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice vacation to Estes Park.

Great B&B. The owner Roger is very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The room is cozy(the divide). Bed is comfortable. Jacuzzi tub is huge and so relaxing. Cheese and wine waiting when we got here. Breakfast was great today. Can’t wait to eat tomorrow. Great dining room conversation with the other guests. The overall ambience wonderful. If you get a chance and want to eat out go to Ed’s Cantina and Grill. Great food and price.

Awesome bed and breakfast. Went for the weekend. We had wine and cheese waiting for us in our room, and a great view(there was a male elk that spent the weekend outside of our window). The owners Roger and Karen were very friendly and perfect hosts. The breakfast was not at all what I expected from a B and B. First day was banana stuffed French toast and the second was Albuquerque pie with green chili. I can’t rave about the food enough. The location is only a mile from Rocky Mountain National Park, so the location couldn’t be better. We can’t wait to go again. The Jordans.
