We really like this place. Similar to BD Mongolian grill. We got the poke tuna tower which was pretty good. Not sure it was worth it. We both made our own stir fry concoction. She made an awesome chicken one & I unfortunately wanted to get fancy and made some mistakes. First I told the waitress I wanted the salmon as my protein(mistake #1) and then I said«well can I pay for a second protein?» She said yes. I decided to do salmon and shrimp and told her I have no problem paying the difference. She repeated my order and we went back and forth and I’m sure she got what I meant. Well. I ended up with 2 x salmon for my protein. Per the cook. He said that’s what my order said on the ticket. I said no I ordered salmon and shrimp. He didn’t really care that I just flat out told him my order was wrong so I was like oh well. I’m not the kinda person to make a big deal so I thought to myself. No worries I’ll just eat it. I love salmon! But no one warned me what happens to salmon in a stir fry =(I thought they would just grill it and top my stir fry with it. Nope. So my salmon ended up in rice-size crumbs folded into my stir fry. I really don’t think I got double salmon either because I couldn’t find any salmon lol so I think the cook understood that I only got one salmon and he disregarded the shrimp? Idk. I ate half and took half home. It all tasted awesome. But not exactly what I was hoping to get. Oh well. 4 stars for taste! Sorry for the essay. Moral of the story: don’t get the salmon in ur stir fry and don’t order double protein.

June 25, 2016 I had lunch yesterday by myself and had salmon roll combo for lunch. The food was okay and the service was also good. Today, since this is the closest restaurant to our hotel, I went back to have lunch around 1:15pm, the young woman receptionist was not smiling and was not really nice. I asked her if she can give me a booth because I was alone. She took me to a corner table very far from the other customers and told me that she cannot give me a booth even there were so many available booth. I was very disappointed and left the restaurant.

We went for lunch and got sat in the bar next to the dirty dish racks we were told that lunch was over at 3 by the time the waitress got there it was 3:05 and they would not serve us lunch there was nobody in the place the manager and the staff was sitting at I guess an employee table next to the bar chatting while the bar glasses were piled to the ceiling at the end of the well when our food was delivered the manager didn’t say enjoy your lunch or can I get you anything else or anything. It’s obvious why this place was not busy. Our dishes were never taken off our table or removed before we got our check. As a matter of fact they were never taken off our table we’ve given this place several chances don’t think we’ll be back.

Visited on 5÷22÷16. We made our own bowls and the first look at the vegetable bar was displeasing. It looks like they freeze the vegetables then thaw. The vegetables look wilted and gross. Who ever slices the carrots needs to learn how and that says a lot, they shred, chop and then throw the core of the carrot in the container. Not many options in the vegetables and no sweet pepper which most like in their stir fry. No sesame seeds and they don’t offer warm tortillas. Rice is dry and not worth the extra price. Alcoholic beverages are too expensive and not worth the price. We ordered a Jack & Coke and and a Mango Margarita and neither taste like they should, must be an inexperienced bartender. For the price, the quality of the food & drinks, I give this place a thumbs down!

Pretty pricey place. The stir fry is great with a variety of options as far as chicken, steak, seafood or veggies with rice, brown rice, or noodles(low mein, gluten free, etc.) if you are looking for authentic Asian food, this is NOT the place BUT I recommend the stir fry option for sure! You can pick out your vegetables and sauces that you want and they cook it right in front of you at the wok station. Definitely worth the first visit, after that it depends if you have the money to keep coming back. The stir fry option is a pretty big portion, that I usually eat all in one sitting and feel stuffed. So it’s big enough to feel satisfied and take it home to go after dinner.

Good place for lunch. Had the stir fry noodles and beef. Tasty! They also made good drinks. Pricing was very resonable on the lunch menu.

The food was very good, appetizers of calamari and potstickers, small but tasty. We were three people and we all had the market grill. It was wonderful but they were supposed to bring it to our table when it was ready and the waitress literally disappeared! It was not crowded and we had to wait 15 minutes for a table with many empty tables. In other words, the food was good but the service was awful. Seemed poorly managed

There are far better Asian restaurants near by. We stopped in for the first time today for lunch. We did two dishes one was the chef prepared blazing chicken with broad noodles. It was marked as very hot. On a scale of 1 – 5 with 5 being habanero it was a 2. The flat noodles had been cooked to near mush, the stems to the snow peas were included in the sliced peas. The sauce had a very came out of a bottle taste. The other dish we had was a choose your own low-mane. The noodle here had been over cooked. We choose a Korean bbq sauce that while good had no Korean influence. The food itself would have ranked as average but the service was frankly terrible. The server, who also was the bartender had the personally general reserved for work in the DMV. After she dropped the food off we didn’t see here again until she asked if we wanted a box and then was more concerned with telling everyone, «Someone is getting a party of 10 at 3:30» then seeing if we wanted our check which we did and didn’t get for another 12 minutes. Since it was apparent know one cared how are meal was we paid the bill and ghosted out. We will not return.

Worst takeout service that I have ever experienced. On three different occasions, my order has been delivered incomplete. Each time when I showed the manager, Carlos, the order(which was done online), he gave me a credit. However, I don’t want a free meal; I want good service. This last time not only was the order incomplete, but it was more than 30 minutes late because of «problems» with the sushi. When I get home, there are not ample, appropriate words to describe what I saw. Suffice to say, whoever prepared the maki roll had never prepared one before. My advice is if you want timely, good service and properly prepare food, go somewhere else. I gave this review one star because there is unfortunately no way to give a lower rating. Mike Starr

I LOVE that they now let you make stiffly with vegetable broth instead of oil. Makes this place a very healthy option for dinner. We come here very often. This is one of my favorite restaurants.

Very poor service. Slow and lethargic. The spring rolls and potstickers where delicious. However, the meals were mediocre at best. We ordered pad Thai, coconut curry w/chicken, sesame chicken, BBQ tacos, and sushi. Lunch specials should be under $ 10. Over priced and lacking flavor and overall quality.

Extremely happy with my dining experience :) Didn’t wait long for a waitress to help us with our menu choices and drinks. Ordered the Kung Pao Chicken with Noodles(I LOVE spicy food), the edamame, and several orders of the Chicken Potstickers THEYARESOGOOD. I will admit, although the Kung Pao chicken was already spicy, I needed extra spice so the waitress brought me a house hot sauce. so good. Price is $ 10 – 15 a person, worth it. Atmosphere is casual with modern music played at a moderate level, you don’t have to talk over it. Bathrooms are nice too.

I must have visited on the right night. Service was excellent, clean and comfortable atmosphere, and they honored my request to try a combination of Teriyaki steak with Lo Mien noodles. It was outstanding!

I have been here numerous times and enjoy the concept. Food is good and consistent. Service can be spotty. Last night our waiter Forest was perfect. Yep. Perfect – casual, relaxed and attentive. He probably could do better. My concern with Stir Crazy is the cleanliness. It is slipping. Getting complacent? I don’t know but I will consider the new TAP or Ruth’s Chris bar menu next time we grab dinner before a movie. I hope management reads Unilocal reviews.

Was pretty hungry and wanted a meat and veggie stirfry, and found exactly the right place. Ordered a kung pao chicken, liked the big portions and lots of veggies. Also appreciated that the sauce had flavor without being overly sweet or salty(happens at pei wei often). They had brown rice too, nice to see

This place was very dissapointing. Oh my! where do I start. I arrived with my friend, our waitress seem friendly, she was running the bar and high tops area, as we looked at the menu… it had listed soup of the day so we asked the waitress for the soup of the day, her answer was«oh im sorry we don’t have soup of the day here» I responded but you have listed on the menu” she replied well I think we might be coming out with a soup of the day soon… I was blown away… really!!! I will be more understaning if they advertise it as(soup of the day coming soon!)…So we order something else… went for the sushi… OMG rolls were falling apart… as I picked them up looks like a 10 year old was learning how to roll them… on the plate they looked nice but trying to pick them up was a complete nightmare… will not order sushi again… place was clean athmosphere was ok. other than that I was not impressed.

Second time having dinner here. We visit Bonita often on vacation. My husband and I shared the filet and had a couple appetizers. Our waitress Chanel was very good. Friendly and helpful. Our first visit was a long time ago and I remember the food being really good. New Happy Hour is nice and affordable. 3−6pm see photo for info.

FUNCHAINRESTO(3 ½ STARS) My wife and I stopped in here for lunch. We had been forewarned by friends NOT to eat off the menu, but rather to go to the cafeteria-like line and select just what we wanted to have them stirfry. They gave you a bowl for this purpose and it seemed to work out well. I had a stirfry with farm-raised salmon and she had the Create-a-Soup with chicken, beef & shrimp. Both were quite nice although the lo-mein noodles were extremely soggy & limp. A fun place. Location — 4STARS Service — 4STARS Food — 3STARS Value — 3STARS Ambiance — 4STARS
