I have been a customer here for a bout 2 years or so, loved Katrina! Went in to spa the other day to set appointment. Kelly who is apparently the office manager was extremely rude!

I’ve been wanting a massage for a while and a stressful week at work along with a great Groupon deal brought me to Sonu. Amy gave me a 60 minute deep tissue massage with aromatherapy. She clearly knew what she was doing applying perfect varying pressure depending on my tension. The spa was serene and welcoming, exactly what I’ve been looking for. Even without the Groupon I think the prices are reasonable and I will definitely be coming back!

i really enjoyed Katrina, the therapist but she neglected to tell me that i was not a candidate for the palomar laser treatment because of my tanned skin. I left the spa assuming all was good and would follow the textbook after care instructions by Katrina, but i spent the next 4 months looking like a freak with deep and very obvious scarring, which looks like railroad tracks across my face and chest. it has left me miserable and wearing turtle necks in south florida weather. i had to seek intervention that will be painful and lengthy process to get back to my old self… i hope i will be the same one day. This was an epic failure and could easily have been avoided by them simply telling me… not today… really really disappointed. To top it off, i just get the runaround when i ask for help. buyer BEWARE!!!

Love this spa. I got the fraxel treatment with Groupon and I saved a lot of money. The place is very quaint and relaxing. The laser has really helped me. They have a very professional laser therapist. I will definitely come back

Read the reviews and comments here and had to post. My husband and I both have been here for massages (with Priscilla) and Palomar laser treatments with Katrina. Excellent experiences. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Katrina is great and best of all the laser treatments work with no downtime or side effects. Jessica (front desk) is always pleasant and accommodating to us. Bottom line is you should try Sonu with confidence. We are the pickiest people, well traveled and have been to many spas and Sonu is always a great experience for us.

I had a pleasant massage experience with a competent therapist. I felt that the converted office space never made the leap to Heaven, despite the lobby fountain and Buddha statues, however. The receptionist’s unrelenting pitch to return and to buy products was also an annoying distraction. For a little blue collar neighborhood, this facility is a great servce at a decent price.

My wife and I have been there a few times for different treatments and enjoyed them all. The only thing I wish is that they had more than one person to do massages. Otherwise the place is super clean and everyone is very friendly.

Sonu is THE BEST day spa in Estero! The prices are great and I have been a regular customer for almost 3 years. I go there for massages, microdermabrasion, and Fractional Laser. Dan is a great massage therapist and Katrina is a whiz with the laser! The décor inside is very classy and the staff is friendly! Love this place!!!
