Yolanda is probably one of the best facialists I have ever experienced. Not only is she knowledgeable an expert at what she does, she does not talk during the whole facial so I can totally relax. I really enjoyed it and I’m looking forward to my next facial this week.

So many options for types of massages offered! The front desk is always very attentive to client needs and works their hardest to make the process as easy as possible! Especially in high season! There are so many great therapist to chose from with many years of experience and the facials are also some of the best I’ve ever had! Not impressed so far. Trying to make an appointment. They put me on hold for over 6 minutes then it took 3 different people getting on the phone until someone could make an appointment for me. I hope the massage therapists are better than the people who set the appointments.

Love the massages. Staff at the front desk could use some polishing on how to handle customer but the massages therapists are great. Ask for Garth, here is one of the best massage therapists.

I am in Naples for one of my wellness visits and am a Massage Envy member. Unfortunately, I cannot go to the Massage Envy in Naples which is closer to me because of my previous bad experience and decided to travel further to this Massage Envy in Estero. I was very specific with the receptionist that took my call when I booked the massage. I got exactly what I ordered! A deep tissue massage that was outrageous! I am used to them from my regular masseur in New York, but I must say this was like having my NY masseur in Florida. I had Alun and I can’t say enough good things about him. Book a massage with this master and you won’t be sorry. The girls at the front desk were awesome as well!!! I’ve already booked my next massage.

Good massage, but if you get behind it is very hard to catch up. They will freeze account for you, but then not allow you to use the massages that you already paid for during that time. Had a similar agreement with Elements that was much easier to work with. Not what was described to me when I joined. Should have read the fine print and that is on me.

My husband bought me a gift card for my birthday for a facial because I am not a big fan of massages. He went to the Estero location and purchased the gift card end of June for the facial & was told that a sugar foot scrub would be included for the price he paid and the employee wrote«good for one facial & sugar foot scrub» directly on my gift card holder. I was just as excited for the sugar foot scrub as the facial! I went for my facial & Yolanda did a fabulous job so I tipped generously in cash upon leaving. Then I got to the checkout & Katrinia Kangas was very abrupt and stated that I am not able to get the sugar foot scrub because I didn’t get a massage. I showed her my gift card holder that stated the gift card was indeed for both a facial & sugar foot scrub as she took it from me & said the employee who sold that card is no longer with Massage Envy and he was incorrect that the foot scrub only comes with a massage. The gift card purchase amount was $ 70.00 so I do have $ 10.00 left on the card but I cut it up and will never go back to Massage Envy again. How can the services be written right on the gift card and not be honored??? I live full time in north Naples and was hoping this would be a good place… word of mouth is a very powerful tool to use!

I have been to massage envy 4 times now. I am a non-member but I can say that I have the best experiences with this spa out of any others that I have tried in the area. They are on time and always professional. i have seen two different therapists, ashley once and Natalie 3 times. I have tried many spas and even more therapists and i can say these two ladys are top of the list. Its amazing they both work at the same spa. BESTSPAINESTERO.

While I’m not a client of Massage Envy, I did purchase two gift cards this past Christmas for my partner and her friend. When I purchased the gift certificate, there was absolutely no mention that they would expire for 3 months. If I would have purchased a gift card, there was no expiration date. My partner had to meet with the manager to get the gift certificate honored, and it was sorted out. It was reported to me that the facial and massage quality was great. The behavior of the front desk wasn’t. I would recommend that prospective clients for this business make abs

As a member for approximately 5 or 6 years-actually not sure how long – but before the Coconut Mall even opened– they could care less… I have had a standing appointment at 2:30PM every Saturday Urel — my therapist since he started a couple of years ago. In January 2014 Amy who was at the front desk January 2014 told me when I showed up for my weekkly appointment that I did not have any appointments scheduled for 2014. i obviously was not happy and she could have cared less. They finally got my appointments set up again in 2014 and Mark the manager apologized and gave me a free week. Then during the year they started to cancel or move my appt time. I would arrive for my appt only to be told no one knew why it had either been cancelled or moved whichever was the case at the time. I made sure in November 2014 that all of my appointments were set up at 2:30 pm thru the end of March 2015. I was told they were by Justin. I came bouncing in the for my appointment the first Saturday only to be told«You do not have any appointments set up» Obviously I hit the roof. A couple of weeks a lady called me and said she was the new manager and knew heard there had been a problem and asked what had happened. I told her and she said that I now had my appointments set up through the end of May 2015. I thanked her and proceeded in on the following Saturday… Only to be told again by Justin that I did not have an appointment set up for that day. I asked to speak to(I think her name was Tiffany) or something like that… Well guess what!!! She was no longer employed there… I asked Justin who was the owner and he said«John»…I TOLDHIM to HAVEJOHN call me… Still as of today I have had no response from ANYONE. I have been cancelling my «scheduled appointments» weekly… giving plenty of time for someone to call me regarding this situation. Yesterday, I called and asked for Justin as I have been doing on my weekly cancellations. Again he was«not In»…Hard to believe because he has always been there whenever I have called unless he is «no longer there»…I told them yesterday to cancel any remaining scheduled appointments and the girl said«OK»…Let’s see if anyone cares after this. This was not fair to either myself or my therapist… He had a built in customer and built in weekly gratuity. The owners obviously do not care about loyal local weekly customers. I went for first time today and told the receptionist and therapist what I wanted addressed. I left with the same problem and bought a membership so I will try all the other therapists to see if any others meet my needs. I wanted an extremely deep tissue massage and this was only 50% of what I call deep massage.

When I arrived for my appointment on 2−11−14 at 6:30PM, the first receptionist told me she was having trouble finding my appt. She asked someone else to help. I haven’t been here in a year so didn’t have a regular therapist anymore, but I told her who my appt was with. They both checked the computer, noticed that someone in the system had erased another appt on my name at another time(listed it as a «system error») but they still didn’t show my current appt. I’ve had this in my calendar for a week, they even took my credit card number to hold my appt. As an alternative, they offered my a Friday at 9PM appt. This was Tues. and when I scheduled the appt I asked for something around 5PM. They acted like it was my problem and that they were offering a resonable solution. No, a reasonable solution would be to find another therapist that could stay later that evening, or have a therapist take another appt the next evening at the time I was looking for. It was THEIR fault. I have been waiting for a manager to call me to offer a «reasonable» solution but still nothing from them. Not good from a place that now has another massage/spa in the same mall. I went down to their competition and received wonderful treatment. Massage Envy will lose many more patrons to their competition rather quickly!

I live locally and have been to this place 2 times and it sucked very very very very badly. They have no clue what they are doing and I live across the street and will never ever go to this place ever again. I have traveled all over the US and have had massages and facials and have never experienced such incompetence in my entire life. Go at your own risk!!!
