We didn’t even get a chance to sit down and we. We could not wait to try this resturant it’s been on my. mind for awhile so we finally had a chance to go. We waited at the hosted stand while the workers kept walking by and ignoring us. Finally I was able to ask the hostess about the Groupon that’s offered for the resturant she wasn’t sure whi, h is to be expected no problem sje said she was gonna gwt the managwr for better information. Some woman came up to use asking us what did we want. (I was like oh) I explained to her what we had and if we could use the Groupon voucher her reply was I DON’T CARE WHAT YOUR SAYING THIS IS WHAT I’M SAYING. I was left shocked on how rude this woman was for absolutely no reason. I asked if she was the manager she said no. I looked at the hostess and again asked for the mamager. Finally a gentle man came up asked how he could help me I informed if about the insistent that just occurred and all he did was make an excuse that she probably didn’t understand me. I so not see how that came from what happened. Then I asked him about the Groupon he said it’s 18 bucks for 30 bucks worth of food what don’t you get. Again I was beside myself on what happed. We decided not to eat there on the plain fact the the woman server (I’m guessing that what she was) and manager was so rude and clearly did not want out buisness because we had a group voucher. IF IT WASN’T FOR THE GROUPON VOUCHER I WOULD OF NEVER HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE PLACE. They just lost out on loyal customers and great tippers. I sure hope they are not like this to anyone else who has a groupon. I will be contacting groupon about this as well.

I really liked the location of the restaurant, outside seating was nice and the service was good. The Staff was friendly enough and the food was above average! Overall a nice spot

At first, I thought this resultant would be an upscale Italian dining establishment, which it appears to be from the outside. The staff is great, but the food is just disgusting. At first when you taste a bite you think, ok this isn’t too bad, but soon after you realize the food is bad. I ordered pasta carbonara for my entrée and had food poisoning the whole next day possible due to the bad cream in the sauce. I will not be returning here. Do not let the groupon fool you, it’s not worth the discount.

Tonight we picked up pizza’s and salad to go… It’s was delicious, fresh and quality ingredients were used. Highly recommended!!!

I came to this spot before getting on the road and heading back home. I ordered the grilled chicken pizza and truthfully the wait wasn’t very long, even on a lazy sunday morning. The bread was very fluffy but not very good. I did check out the bathroom and it was alright. Better bathrooms than most places and very private, accommodating one guest at a time. My partner ordered a shrimp salad that he enjoyed, my grilled chicken pizza was decent but nothing out of this world. The food here is quite bland, doesn’t quite have an Italian feel and didn’t make me want to ever come back. Disappointing, but to be fair I would give them 3 stars because nothing was blatantly wrong.
This place could definitely improve by lowering their prices and adding more items to theur menu.

I’m not sure the reason for the earlier negative reviews because our meals were amazing. Highly recommend this spot.

I wont complain about the food, but they are charging a lot more than you ate. It’s my fault i didnt take a look at the bill. but, 20% included, plus i was charged for smth i didnt consume. Only when i came home i calculated and realised smth was wrong about the bill. Won’t recommend this place only because of this big mistake. Money dont grow on trees. And yes, the service is poor.

Just visited here for my first time. My parents had been before, and they recommended it for Mother’s Day. Our whole family has been in the restaurant business and it should have been a tip off that a restaurant had us and three other table on the busiest day in the restaurant year.
We sat outside for the breeze. All the tables were dirty and the either hostess or manager (no idea which) wiped it off half assedly.
Server Nick was nice enough, but he took one trip for out sodas, one trip for a wine, another for bread (delivered by the host/​manager), and ANOTHER for butter. Do trays not exist here? Oh wait, they do; he had one. We asked him for more bread and a couple refills of Sprite and never saw him again.
We ordered a calzone, Greek salad, clams, and a kid pasta. We got the Greek salad, which looked good, but the accompanying stuffed grape leaves were sick inducing.
I wish I could comment on the rest of our meal, but it never came, an HOUR after ordering.
We asked the host/​manager about our meal. «Can you check on our food?» «Okay, I get the check.» Huh? We didn’t eat! We cleared up the language barrier and she, like Nick, disappeared.
We only saw her again when after we finally got so upset we slapped down some cash for the wine and salads and left.

The service was friendly, yet limited. The margarita pizza had cheese thick and rubbery, to the point that I peeled it off to just eat the plain crust. No sauce of any kind on the pizza. The tomatoes tasted good, cut a little thick from what I’ve experienced in the past. I wanted to like it, sitting outside was nice. Experience overshadowed by ill tasting pizza preparation.

This place was horrible! The service was none existent, the food was crap for the price!
The server didn’t listen to the drink order and poured a glass of Pinot instead of Chardonnay and was upset that we didn’t want the Pinot. We asked for vinegar with out fries and he gave us a bottle of unopened balsamic vinegar. Very strange! At least if it was open it wouldn’t have been so weird.
The rest of the order was okay until we had to wait almost ½ hr at 3pm for the food. The restaurant was almost empty at that time! Not acceptable!
The only thing that made that wait bearable was the bread. I could have just gone for that and be done with this place.
After the wait the Greek salad that was ordered with chicken didn’t come with chicken on it, but in a side bowl after we had to say something. The cutlery was almost thrown at us, and the napkins were j-​cloths. Who the hell uses j-​cloths as napkins? The table next to use got the cutlery before their order and it was rolled up. No sense of consistency with this place.
When the bill came they put a 20% gratitude on it before we had a chance to see it, for a table of 4! That should never ever happen. The server was a piece of crap and didn’t even do a quality check. I was about to pay for the drinks and not pay anything else. It was the topping on the cake!
If anyone goes there it is the worst place I have ever eaten at! I work in a fine dinning establishment, if half of the thing happened where I work the entire bill would have been complementary and would have asked them to come back with a discount on their next bill.
To the management, pick up you game. Learn to be proactive and ditch the useless staff/​suppliers/​menu. Demand more from staff, they will not do anything unless asked! The bottom line will be affected for a little bit while the right people/​suppliers/​menu go into action. But in the long run it will pay out. Putting out crap food with crap service will get noticed and will be the down fall of this restaurant! If I could I would have given this a negative star!

This place is great. The service is out of this world, and the food is great also. Would highly recommend to anyone. The owner came to our table to check on us while we were eating. Very home-​feeling, caring staff. A+++.

Not a good experience. I’m not going to get into the details, but here’s a quick run down of what happened…
— Expensive
— Bad service, slow, rude (and they add a gratuity service charge!)
— Food was unacceptable
— Wanted to order a pizza, but the oven wasn’t on yet ?
— Ordered an appetizer and they forgot about it. When the appetizer eventually came out it was cold.
— Worst Greek salad I’ve ever had (how can you screw up a salad?)
A very disappointing experience overall. If you happen to be in this mall, I would recommend going to Ford’s Garage instead, wish I did!

We ordered Eggplant Parmesan and I ordered a fish franchise. The staff was willing to special order and the plates were generous.
I learned the owner was from Cyprus and all the recipes were her’s from the start of the restaurant.
I like beer more than wine and wish they carried the local beer from Ft. Myers Brewery but to have the Samuel Adams Seasonal instead of the usual Bud products was a delight.
We go there for just good Italian food and easy in and out and a good walk around the beautifully landscaped mall after a meal.

INCOMPITENT Ownership & Staff. Had a table of eight. Over the course of 1.5 hours and numerous requests on our order… We were told that they were busy and that our food wasn’t coming. I was handed a bill for drinks which I refused to pay. Spoke to owner/​management that flat out said it was our problem because she only had one line staffed to work the kitchen. Bravo… Great way to blame paying customers for their incompetence while making complete fools of themselves in front of a full restaurant (the discussion turned heated and loud on the owners part). 1.5 hours to fire an order of frozen lobster ravioli, a few spaghetti dishes, and some children’s pizzas. I’m confident my child (younger than 5) could have thrown something together in half the time. There’s a little lake within walking steps of this establishment. Incompetent Owners should do us all a favor and walk the plank.

Wait staff was good. Food was priced high for what we got, and under seasoned. 2 scallops and 3 shrimp on a bed of angle hair should not be $ 18+.

Lousy! Be prepared for $ 4 soft drinks and a $ 3.00 plate charge. The wait staff is not attentive and the food is tasteless. Everything is overpriced, including the automatic 18 percent gratuity for lousy service. Will not return.

My sister and I came here for lunch and were very disappointed. The sodas were $ 4.00! Even a kids lemonade was $ 4.00. We split the penne rustics and the meatball grinder. I can honestly say I do a much better job of cooking. The meatballs are bland and the sauce on the pasta was watery and looked like it was just dumped out of a store bought can of crushed tomatoes.
Please make sure you check your check because they add an 18% gratuity in top of an already overinflated check! Will never return

in a mall area so it is easy to get to and great view of the water (pond) from the outside tables. Pasta is very good and the bread is very good.

Stopped in here tonight because of the reviews I read here on Unilocal!Yeah for Unilocal!
I had the lobster ravioli — and I have but one complaint — I didn’t really taste any lobster … that said the pasta was freshly made and the sauce and stuffing amazing. I wanted to try to have dessert too — but I filled up on the huge portion of raviolis.
Let me just say that if you’re looking for this restaurant don’t make the mistake I did — the number for the restaurant on the directory comes before the name of the restaurant — I ended up on the other side of the outlets and had to drive all the way back around again :)
Great location, great staff and great food.

We’ve been meaning to come here again and finally found the opportunity after doing a bit of shopping at the 123 mall (that’s what we call it because it is at Exit 123).
We both ordered the spaghetti with sausage and it was excellent. It was just the right size helping for lunch and the spaghetti was perfect — i.e., al dente. The meal also came with fresh warm rolls and olive oil.
The service was perfect.
A lovely meal.
