Okay, have you ever had a restaurant that brings back memories of childhood? For me this is one of those, it was like being in grandmas kitchen again. The faint scent of gas from the stove, fresh coffee and«mom and pop» set up. I had a delicious breakfast to include oatmeal, eggs and home potatoes. This place offered generous portions, good service and low prices. Be aware, they don’t accept credit cards.

Coffee is always hot! The girls are always smiling and happy to see you. The food is fresh and portions generous. This is place is the real deal for local eats. If you like chain restaurants move on there is nothing to see here. However if your looking for a reasonable breakfast/lunch on the fly you won’t go wrong. My favorite breakfast in Essington hands down.

Food was okay, but $ 6.10 for a porkroll, egg, & cheese on a kaiser? $ 2 higher than anywhere else in Delco. I’ll go somewhere else and buy 2.

This place is the best. A tiny dive off Industrial Highway, that serves up a great breakfast. The staff is very friendly, the food gets to your table immediately, and it is carefully prepared, using fresh ingredients. I travel to Philly periodically, and look forward to my stay out by the airport… just to go to Miller’s.

Small place, when we went there was two women, a cook and a waitress. Both very friendly and inviting. Food came quickly and hot. I had the pancake melt and my hubby had the chili cheese omelette with home fries. Mine was amazing! Highly recommend!!! It’s a cheese and meet omelette with a giant pancake around it. Hubby said his was really good too. They only take cash. We had two orange juice plus what was said above, total bill was about 22 $ skip the Denny’s and come here!!!

I had high hopes when I brought my wife and mother-in-law to this place. I was here before and was satisfied wtih their fresh coffee and tasty omelet. This time, however, really soured me and impacts my decision not to go here ever again. We ordered a mushroom egg & cheese omelet, some scrambled eggs, coffee, french toast, and oatmeal with brown sugar. It took awhile for the food to come out and it have us time to look behind the counter where we observed at least 1 woman smoking inside towards a screen door. This was very disgusting as she was in plain view and couldn’t step outside. She was obviously a worker and who knows if she washed her hands after smoking but it definitely could have affected the food it was wafting on. My wife’s oatmeal was instant and made in a microwave and they had a nerve to charge $ 7.50! My omelet was just ok, but not good enough to justify the price. My wife also ordered french toast for us to share, but it was drenched in cinnamon(which we didn’t know nor did we request it) and did not taste fresh. The coffee didn’t taste fresh and was placed in a gigantic cup, where it got cold in a few minutes. The booth we sat in was terribly small and was not accommodating whatsoever to stretch out legs. It caused much discomfort on my back and legs(booth’s were probably made in the 50’s). Service was indifferent, booth was incredibly small, employee smoking in the back, $ 7.50 for instant, microwaved oatmeal, blah food, sorry I do not recommend nor would I come back.

Found this place on the way to the airport, stopped in for quick take out. The service was fast and friendly, we ordered breakfast sandwiches to go. The sandwiches were made with Two or three fresh eggs and The ham and bacon were good. No complaints, would stop in again.

I go to Miller’s when I want breakfast for lunch. The food is just right, and the staff is awesome. It’s a small greasy spoon with equal parts warmth and attitude. Different daily specials(I’m hooked on the egg salad BLT croissant), as well as all the standbys you would expect from a diner.

A great local diner that serves up a wonderful philly breakfast. You can tell that their patrons are loyal for a reason, the breakfast is home cooked and the staff/owner treats you like family. I will definitely be returning next time i am in town.

First time in the area and we stopped at this little diner by chance. So glad we did. The coffee is amazing, the service is good and the food hit the spot. Potatoes with perfectly cooked peppers and onions accompanied my Greek omelet. Amazing– I highly recommend this place.

In poking around Unilocal recently, I noticed I hadn’t been here before. But if it is good enough for Tom E and Jay G, it’s good enough for me. Besides, I have a deep love for having breakfast at diner counters. Just my thing. This place not only made me a perfect bacon, egg and cheese on a hoagie roll(one of my favorite things in the world to eat), they let me share the morning paper with my fellow counter mates. That’s the way it used to be done in the old days, and it’s good to know that some places still do it. I think there are places serving slightly better quality breakfasts, but you tend to pay more. Here, you get a really good breakfast at a really good price. That will always be enough to make me a fan.

We went to a wedding in the area and stayed overnight. We were looking for a good breakfast spot and after reading reviews on Unilocal for other places, we found are way to Millers. We were so glad that we did. The service was prompt, the food was really good and the prices were average breakfast prices. I ordered a western omelette that was fluffy filled with ingredients that were fresh and not just your normal hole in the wall greasy food. 5 stars all the way don’t know when we will get back. But if we were ever near there we would definitely go back. Thanks Millers and thanks Unilocal for the recommendation.
