H & H Heating and Air Conditioning

Had an emergency of attic heater breaking.(In the winter of course) Called Horizon Heating. they couldn’t fix. «Not accessible» & told if they could it would be at least a $ 1000.00.
But, what am I going to do? I need heat in house. Was told maybe call the people who sold you the house. Uh, that was 8 years ago. Can you imagine the panic I started to feel.
As a last hail mary, I called H & H heating in Essington. Brian came out and went in attic. Was waiting for same response as Horizon. Came back to me and said he can fix. Next day he was out with new part with explanation what was wrong. Oh, and its $ 400.00 cheaper than Horizon.
H & H are GREAT & Brian is a superhero! H & H is only heating company I will use & am recommending them to everyone.

Love these guys! Installed my heater and hot water heater. Did a great job! Had them back today because I smelled gas and liked their service. Jeremy called me immediately addressed my concerns and said he would be out in 50 minutes. 45 minutes later he was here with booties on fixing my leak. Top notch service! They go above and beyond! Reccommend to EVERYONE!!!

A bit expensive (emergency) but cheaper than Horizon.

We just had a Mitsubishi split system heat-​pump installed for our sunroom and it looks like we had a perfect transaction.
Kevin, the salesman, knew what he was doing. He assessed the situation and made his recommendation. We went with it.
Installation was quick!
They gave us time to get an electrician to install a new electrical box.
From bid to job completion the whole thing with H & H took about 10 days.
We were very pleased with technicians Charlie and Abraham. Nice fellows. They also took the extra effort to wear little plastic booties so they would not track dirt through our house.
After all the installation work was complete, Abraham went over everything in friendly, patient detail about how to operate the unit.
The price for the job seemed fair. They were prompt in getting the job done. And at all times they did exactly what they said they were going to do (arriving on time, etc.).
In summary, we are simply very pleased with our transaction with H & H and I feel they fully earned and deserve this 5 star rating from me.

Joe Hoke is very professional and his team does great work. Had them install cages around our A/​C units and couldn’t have asked for a better job!
