Less talky, more worky. The ladies at the front desk could be heard talking about how much work they have and if they don’t get it done, they will get in trouble. Really??? It’s 3:53pm and my appointment was at 3:15pm. I was here at 3:14pm, I wasn’t late, so why even send me confirmation notices via text messages(April 2nd, and this past Tuesday4−14) asking me to confirm that I would be there on time. I fulfilled my commitment, now I’m waiting for you to fulfill yours… This place clearly is disorganized. Stuck coming here because this is what the ACA covers. In my opinion, the level of care these days is going down the shitter! Seems like all the other Neurology centers have few stars, based on their service and unprofessionalism. Don’t waste your time coming here, I am about to walk out!

Had been going to Escondido office for migraine treatment for years. In November went and was told that my doctor no longer practiced at that location — oops — they neglected to tell me. Missed that appointment. None available til February. The Neurology Center also arbitrarily increased my costs. Instead of billing insurance directly for entire procedure they had me pay for medication which was delivered to their office buy mail. My out of pocket costs more than tripled. When I finally got a new appointment in December they once again ordered medication which I had to pay for. What happened to the November medication which cost my insurance company $ 1200? December appointment was disappointing, Shots did not work this time. Called insurance company and they are chasing down lost meds and why this provider insists on me paying for pharmaceuticals instead of billing insurance for everything as they had previously done. Get an F grade for communication, no live person to speak to. I really like my doctor, no longer trust the company.
