Wow! Real people, nice customer service, not used to this. For the record, I did not spend any money here.
I had a fuel fitting issue and walked in on a Saturday afternoon. I was greeted and accessed by John. He took my fuel line and explained the pros and cons of my current setup and a hard-​line setup. He gave me solutions for a quick-​fix and harped on a long-​term fix with neighboring shop, Parker Hoses.
I have driven by the shop many times and wondered what they did. They have so many projects going on here. I think they draw business cross state lines. The projects are insane and intense. I could not stop saying dude and cool as I gawked.
I was born in Atlanta, Georgia and grew up in Temecula, California — the Rod Run. Reiss Racing, those cool dudes, they make the cars that are in the Rod Run.
I am a Honda dude and cannot afford the Reiss touch just yet; however, if you have a project, I highly encourage you to reach out to John.

A new Harmonic Balancer was incorrectly installed at Reiss Racing. Harmonic balancer was misaligned with woodruff key, destroying inner woodruff key, causing damage to internal threads on crank retaining bolt, destroyed seal on timing cover, damaged timing cover causing oil leaks at front and bottom of cover. Misalignment of harmonic balancer causing pulley squeal and excessive vibration due to run out on balancer.
The motor was removed, damage crankshaft was repaired by a machine shop. Removed and replaced damaged woodruff key, Harmonic balancer was replaced. Cost was $ 1650.

This is the correct shop many calls in to you. Have been at shop many times to check progress or lack thereof. I am positive of you address and phone. Surprised that I was the first to post any review at all positive of negative since you have such a good relationship with your clients.
