Especially Worker Laura I have been coming with her for 5 years to do my nails and eyebrows and I’m always so satisfied! She knows me and she knows how I love my eyebrows!

The best in inland North County. I have been going to them for 2 years since I moved up to Valley Center. Family-​owned, detailed attention to both manicures/​gel fills and pedicures. My husband loves the pedicures! No matter who you get to service you, they are all great! Kevin is my favorite for gels.

Walked in with hopes of finding a new nail shop (my current shop lacks customer service). I needed an acrylic nail repair and asked the woman in the front if they had my color. She quickly glanced up and said no (my nail color is forest green);she didn’t even attempt to match. i would assume that a nail shop would try to build clientele. she could have even offered a similar color with a design to disguise, all of which i would have gladly paid for. before i was able to offer a solution, she referred me back to my shop.

They’re cheap and quick. I’ve had better mani/​pedis and I’ve had worse. Tammy took care of me. She did a great job with cuticle work and massage. Callous care on my feet could have been much better and well as the finer filing work. She did a great job on the polish work though. I walked in and didn’t wait longer than 5 minutes. As they got busier they told people times they could come back which is great if you need to run errands in the area. Clean place, most of them speak basic to moderate English. I might try some other places but would go back for a quickie

SUPER disappointing experience. I went here for a pedicure with a friend. I had Tammy and she was wonderful. But my friend had Chi. Basically what happened was, Chi made a mistake and forgot to do the massage with lotion for my friend and started painting the nails right away. So I asked Chi to make sure that my friend was still going to get her massage because it’s included. Chi said that my friend asked her not to, which wasn’t the case. So Chi admitted that she was thinking about the lady she did before my friend who evidentally did not want the massage. But when I asked again to make sure that my friend would get what she paid for, Chi said she already did the massage… WHAT!!! We both said that she didn’t get the massage yet, that’s why we were asking, and Chi yells out, «ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR? !?!» And start @!#!@ talking about us in her language. Totally unacceptable behavior and totally unacceptable service. Unfortunately we had to stay and finish the process, but i. will not be returning here.

I like this place better than most nail salons. Chi does a great job and doesn’t try to pull teeth for conversation (which is perfect for those like me that don’t want to talk about their personal business with a complete stranger). The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because you cannot pay the tip with plastic; cash only… which can be an inconvenience if you normally do everything with debit/​credit cards.

I haven’t been here for a while, but it’s usually my go-​to since it’s close to my house and reasonably priced. Today Kevin did my gel manicure, and he was great! He seems to be a perfectionist because my nails are flawless. He had his work cut out for him too, I haven’t gotten them done in ages.

Walked in for a mani/​pedi and was seated right away. For $ 48 +tip, I got a standard pedicure and a gel manicure. The service was definitely worth the price! This salon is clean and the staff was very professional. I will most definitely be back as the location is convenient and I was more than happy with my experience. Previous reviews noted that tips need to be cash. I always try to pay in cash regardless. It saves a small family business from card processing fees and with an atm right next door, it was no inconvenience to me. Good service deserves cash and a good tip :)

This is a great nail salon with a chilled-​out vibe. I had popped in a few months ago in 2013 for a gel manicure, and have been coming back ever since. This appears to be a family-​run organization and I really enjoy the atmosphere. The music is soft and spa-​like; very soothing. And the ladies (and gentleman) who work on your manicures and pedicures quietly go about their precise work. I’m not a gal who likes a lot of chitchat when I’m having a mani/​pedi done, and I don’t feel pressured into making small talk while relaxing here (though when conversation does happen, it has always been pleasant). Something to note: They do take credit cards, but would appreciate tips in cash. In the event you don’t have any on you, it’s just a quick walk to the market next door to make a secure cash withdrawal. That’s been a convenient option for me. It has also been my observation that the clientele are a good group as well; this little shop seems to attract nice people and that can make a real difference in the atmosphere of a business.

Popped in here the other day for a mani pedi. Reasonably priced and the girls were nice. The pedicure chairs have massaging backs so it is very relaxing. Makes it not matter that the girl I had didn’t speak english super well because i just closed my eyes and enjoyed!

I have been going to this salon for about a year. They are friendly, do a nice job and pricing is fair. It could have a better overall appearance but that would mean higher prices so it depends on what you prefer. I am happy with this salon!

Holly does a great job with gel manicures and her Mom is the best with pedicures. Only place I will have my nails done for the past 3 years. If you want Holly, you’ll need an appointment.

Only place I have routinely had a perfect manicure or pedicure done since 2001! The ladies are polite, and kind. The store is clean. The prices are right and they can always squeeze you in at sometime, even without an appointment.

Lived next to this place my whole life and nothing gets as better as this place. i will NEVER go anywhere besides pretty nails to get my eye brow waxing, she’s great!

Pretty much your run of the mill nail salon. Walked in without an appointment on a rainy, Saturday afternoon and was seated right away.
Friendly, clean and quick. I like that. :)

Worst place I’ve ever been!!! I paid 30 $ for a French manicure only to get a messy job in return… she only put one coat of white nail polish and couldn’t understand how I wanted it shaped and refused to change it… I just go the mani and feel like I need to get them re-​done ASAP! :-/

Tried Pretty Nails for the first time and was thrilled. Mimi was fantastic. Took her time with my nails and did a great job. No wait and she was friendly. Will go there again.

Been here a few times since my old nail shop failed me miserably! This location is great, inside the shopping center right off the freeway. They always seem to have a nice steady amount of walk-​ins. If I have to wait to see someone then it usually isn’t that long. I think the price is great. Makes me not mind the drive to the other side of town.
They do a great job and are very friendly. They don’t rush to get you out the door like other places. Make sure to have cash for the tip, they can’t add that on if you pay by credit card.

Great nail shop! It is nothing fancy but the nail tech there did a great job. The prices are on par for the area and type of shop. The polish has not chipped. She did not nick me with the nippers. I will return to this place again.

Don’t go here! I came in for a brow waxing and waited an hour to be helped, until I decided that I needed to leave. At first I was trying to be understanding and patient because there were a couple of clients. However, nothing justifies waiting an hour for a brow waxing. Ridiculous. They were rude and helped other people that came in after I did. Will never go to this place ever again!!!
