EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL a 30 minute massage turned into a nightmare. I do not believe they are in the US legally. No speaks a word of English. They ran my credit card and the paper receipt was jammed so nothing printed out. They wouldn’t believe my credit card was charged even after I called my credit card company who confirmed I was charged. They had called someone on the phone who kept telling me my card had been declined. They wanted to charge me again which I would not let them do, so I allowed them to take down my drivers license and phone number. Then they wouldn’t give me by license back until I threatened to cal the police. Throughout the whole process the woman on the phone was upset I was telling my credit card company no one speaks English! Crazy.
To make matters worse my masseuse answered his phone TWO times during my massage, massaging with one hand and talking with the other. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They need to be reported as no doubt they don’t have a license, it is like some type of illegal immigrant sweat shop.

Unprofessional. Left room to have conversations. I explained 4 times what I wanted but my assigned massuese continued to do the massage she wanted. A Lot of lotion applied and a lot of slapping but no substance. Went in with sore shoulder and neck and left with the same pain. I would not recommend nor would I return. On the flip side, my friend had an amazing massage from Kevin so maybe it was just the lady I ad. Waste of $ 50…

Foot massages, to die for!!! nothing beats a good foot massage… and with the 10 minute chair massage added in free, ya gotta love it.

This place was awful! I bought my wife a Groupon deal, as a nice gift, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The woman who massaged my wife was constantly leaving the room to talk to a person in front, or answering the phone, right in front of her. My wife was very uncomfortable and ended up crying all the way home. We will never patronize them again.

Good massage, great price!

$ 48 for 1 hour massage… It was VERY cold inside. The rooms were slightly larger than fitting rooms. We were in the double room – such a tight squeeze the lady kept bumping into a tiny, useless table and scooting it across the laminate floor as she walked around the massage table. There was nowhere to hang clothes or put my purse except in the corner on the floor. The only other table was taking up precious floor space displaying unnecessary décor. I couldn’t ask for something specific as they did not speak English. Confusing, though, she new enough to make the appointment… It was a very different massage (I haven’t had that many) most of the time she used her forearm in long strokes and sometimes slapped her fist against my muscles but not much fingertip kneading of muscles. I left feeling slightly more tense than when I arrived. I need a massage.

I’ve always wondered what a real Chinese massage would feel like and I can tell you it’s W-​O-​N-​D-​E-​R-​F-​U-​L! I found Palace through a coworker referral and I can tell you these guys are the real deal when it comes to Chinese massage. The masseuses mostly hail from Shandong Province in mainland China.
They offer foot, chair, and table massages. Prices pretty much add up to $ 1/​minute. The foot and chair massage facilities are in the front of shop. The table massage facilities are a little on the bare bones side… no soft new age music or candles here and it feels like you are sharing it with the employee break room. But the massages are sooooo worth it. From the softest stroke to the firmest knead, the masseuses here really deliver when it comes to muscle relaxation. I personally like it when they throw an elbow into it so your mileage may vary. And when I say they deliver… I raced really hard this weekend and was in a car accident where I got rear ended, yet they were able to get me feeling like my normal self again in one hour.
You can find them next to Cinnabon on the third floor of North County Fair. Bring your weary bones here and I guarantee you will leave feeling completely rejuvenated.
