Worst experience ever! Needed a septic certificate because our house sold. I had no problem with the $ 85 an hour digging but in the end it failed. The tech Dave could not tell us why or how to remedy. Just that his supervisor would call us tomorrow. We called first thing and was told he was on the schedule to come to our home at 10 am. No one showed big surprise!!! We called Sunrise (highly recommend) we described everything to him he told us what the problem was over the phone. While McKenna left us wondering all weekend! he had 2 numbers for us to call. Within the hour North County Backhoe was there told us the problem, price and how they would fix it. Finally McKenna supervisor called late afternoon? Really a little too late. They also charged us for the certificate even though we failed! Sunrise doesn’t do that! Save yourself the headache call Sunrise

Can’t say I know a lot about septic tanks so it was nice to have people who explained things clearly and easily. Five stars for being prompt, friendly, professional, fast. We’ll definitely call them again.

Excellent Service! We had our septic tank back up last night and we had called several companies. McKenna called us back in a timely manner and had two people over here the next day! We had moved into our home about two years ago with absolutely no septic tank knowledge! Dave and Lane not only emptied out the tanks, they educated us and told us what we need to do in the future. They were both professional, courteous, and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any job, big or small. They have earned a client for life.

Great customer service, was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They showed up on time and they were very informative. Very inexpensive, compared to a few other companies I called. They did a great job. Definitely recommend them. Thanks everyone.
