They change Doctors every 6 months, so if we like a Dr and would like to come back, there is a new one every time. My kids went for more than 6 years but I am done! The glasses for my son came out wrong, they offered to fix them with a lot of conditions and never did. I asked them to check with my insurance if I was covered about 4 or 5 times and they never did. And they take forever to have the glasses ready. I have to call every time after two weeks to check if they had them ready, and they replyed «oops, yes we have had them here for a while, sorry about that» they don’t care AT ALL about their patients. They don’t return phone calls, and I can go on and on. Look for someone else.

I have always gone to this office and I love it! They are very professional and are always very respectful. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This place is a joke! So unprofessional the Front Receptionist dont know what the Hell they are doing !! they never return calls .you have to call them to get any answers from them. Their RUDE. My son’s glasses arrived and they never even gave me a call to inform me they were their. I finally called them around 3p. m and they told me they had arrived, i asked the Front Receptinist why she didn’t call me to let me know? and she says is cause they arrived after five! really after Five! doudt it! if they arrived after five you would think they would call you the next day to inform you that the glasses had arrived right?! ITS rididculous Ladies i work for a Specialist and i bet were alot busier office than them! I have never forgot to return my patients callsss! so Unprofessional! please avoid this Place not worth IT !!!
