Living Tree Bookstore

So I am looking for a gemstones and minerals place to get some citrine, turqoiuse, and malachite as I am studying chakras and the powers of crystals and am having a terrible time finding anything nearby my work or home that sells any of this type of stuff. Bead stores don’t seem to have what I am looking for. There used to be a great Native American store right here in Escondido on El norte pkwy but they have moved to a new location in Vista that I have yet to visit. Anyways, didn’t really want to give this place a star rating yet since I was not able to actually visit the store, the only reason I am putting this up is to inform customers that this store is ONLY OPEN SUNDAYS FROM 12PM-​1PM and the FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH open from 12PM-​4PM. Pretty well hidden unless you are familiar with the Harmony Grove Spiritualist Association. If there is an event going on usually the bookstore will open at that time also. I peered in the window and it looks like there is a ton of neat stuff for being such a tiny building, bummed I couldn’t check it out today :(next stop will be the philisophical library in Escondido and if that doesn’t do it I will have to make my to vista.

Wonderful little book store and for such a little gem it has so many wonderful books and one of a kind treasures, Celeste Brock and Bill Brock are always there with their loving and above and beyond service…

Open Weekends, this is one of the best New Age Bookstores in N. County San Diego. It may be small but it’s artfully stocked to the gills and run by happy Spiritualists who are there to offer a warm hug and great conversation. Everyone seems to be a medium here so they are delighted to talk with you about those things that go bump in the night, premonitions and apparitions and won’t think you’re crazy in the least.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, Celeste will order it for you too. It’s run completely by volunteers and they are always so happy to see you and share their latest discoveries. There’s such a wonderful variety of offerings that would include many items that you might usually find at a Metaphysical Bookstore, like gems and minerals, vibrational healing jewelry, incense and all kinds of Tarot Cars plus all Spiritually based books new and used. But then there are the more specialize tools for mediumship development classes. So you can find trumpets and slates and of course crystal balls too! There’s also some wonderful inspired artwork that’s really unique.
