Excellent service! From my initial phone call in to inquire about a appointment until I left office, the staff was friendly and very professional. Dr. Nguyen was very attentive to my concerns and I never felt rushed. I needed a eye exam as I had scratched my eye. I also had needed care and removal of a few lower eye lashes that were scratching my eye.

Scott(the tall, African American man with a Nikon watch), one of the salesmen, did a phenomenal customer service job. He was very friendly, helpful, and energetic. We loved how he interacted with us in a professional way, yet he treated us as if we were normal people, not just customers. We think his superior(tall, dark bearded with Middle-Eastern accent), who instructed Scott to not have fun and to «be professional», gave the wrong advice/orders to Scott, because he was being professional and having fun at the same time. Not only was Scott friendly, he also showed initiative and knowledge of his job by warning us prior to our visit that the site recently experienced a power outage so the«glasses ready in 1 hour» would not be applied to our visit today. He also showed expertise in handling the computer and the measurement device, which was much appreciated as it was thorough and efficient. I found this location does not really to care to take care of customers problems. I bought Ray Ban sun glassed a little over two years ago. The ear pieces failed within 13 to 14 months. Sorry they are out of warranty so I purchased another frame which once again had the same problem along with the tinting bubbling at the bottom of the lenses. Woody was very kind BUT would never let me talk to the manager on duty. A great car sales man blocking the customer from the decision maker. They really did not want anything more than my money and really would not come to a satisfactory agreement. It appears that the failure of the glasses was my fault not theirs. Kevin helps me out when ever I go there. I love this place, broke my glasses hooking up my trailer and was very bummed out. I went there today and Kevin helped me and I got a whole new pair of glasses for 25.00. I paid 400.00 originally 6 months ago. They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Even after seeing a few bad reviews I had to have new lens in one day. The salesman helped me right away. He gave me all the discounts even one I didn’t know about. My new lenses are awesome and I’m taking my son’s frames in to have lenses put it in as well.

Doctor is great, fantastic and thorough eye exam. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go there. My glasses were done in 1 hour and I was out of there with no time. Excellent customer service experience.

Two stars only for the staff. They’re great! Now — they claim ‘glasses in about an hour.’ I don’t think six days(and I still don’t have them — I have to go back for the fifth time tomorrow) constitutes ABOUT an hour.

We recently came here to procure some glasses for my husband. Amber helped us choose some frames and get everything together. Amber is awesome. Friendly, sweet, helpful. Today we came in because a piece had fallen off of the glasses and we were sort-of greeted by a blonde woman whose name I didn’t catch. She was pretty short with us, informing us that they couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything to help. «We don’t carry parts here. Maybe you can order a part online, or Macguyver a solution yourself.» When my husband mentioned the thirty-day satisfaction guaranteed agreement, she blew us off, at which point my husband decided to just return the glasses. When the blonde woman informed us that we would have to wait and stormed off, Amber came over to see what the problem was. Husband explained the situation, and Amber took the frames and switched out the lenses. Amber saved the day!

Had my eyes tested at Walmart, but so appalled with their choice in sunglasses I decided to drive to LensCrafters. Selection definitely better, luckily their entire stock is on display. Why lucky? Because even on a quiet day I pretty much had to beg someone to help me! Found a pair myself and had them made. Since I need bifocals these days I decided to try the progressive lenses(again — had a terrible experience a year ago). Sure enough, just like last year the breadth of vision is frighteningly narrow when reading — crazy — unless you pay double for HD lenses — since they were already over $ 300 no thanks. Will just use em for driving. Update — 4 days later — I HATE my progressive sunglasses — headache city, tiny field of vision — I am a danger on the roads — nice job LensCrafters — no service and crappy lenses! Their prices for clear lenses is ridiculous — with an inexpensive plastic frame already well over $ 400. So back to Walmart for the clear glasses — half the price, and I’ll go for bifocals not progressive — so that I can actually read in comfort :)

We had purchased a pair of Prada frames with lenses from this location and and came back in a few days later to have them adjusted(5−2−14) The guy working said there would be no problem fixing them. However, while adjusting them, he mistakenly warped the front of the frame, which ruined the shape of the glasses, and left an imprint of his finger in the plastic. I didn’t think it was too much of a big deal, because he admitted that he made a mistake. So I asked to have them replaced with a new pair. He went to go get approval from his manager(female, brown hair, 30s.) They were not willing to exchange my frames at all. They harassed me for not buying their extended warranty, and felt like I should have to PAY for another pair. Even though it was clearly a mistake made by a lens crafters employee! I shouldn’t have to pay YOURMISTAKES. After going back and forth with them, they finally agreed to do an exchange, but it was not without a struggle on my part. And the manager was too much of a coward to even look me in the eye throughout the entire ordeal. Terrible management here. I will be writing to their corporate office as well.

Please do not offer discounts and have me waste 2 hours looking for frames, just to find out at the end the discounts for non– insurance customers. Am pretty sure 99% of the people that go into a place called lens crafters are looking for prescription lens with insurance. Taylor was awesome with my 3 year old son! Her boss or who ever was bossing her around to find me another pair of glasses for the discount. She was pushy not knowing what my needs were. Find out if the customer has insurance first boss lady!
