Giant New York Pizza & Deli

Two days this week I attempted to grab pizza from here. It’s 8:45pm. Sign says 9:30 close. Same story on Monday. If you’re not staying open, change your hours. I’ll never waste my time in this place again.

We just moved in to our new place and pizza delivery quickly became a top priority. Giant New York Pizza and Deli is nearby so we decided to give them a shot. We were not disappointed! Our pizza arrived hot and ready within the promised delivery time. The cheese was still burning hot and melty like it had just come straight from the oven.
Onto the food! We ordered a garden pizza with pepperoni. The toppings were evenly distributed over the top and the slices were evenly cut through all the way. The dough was cooked through all the way and it had a great taste. My kids even ate the crusts! The sauce ratio was spot on without too much gooping out of the sides, or too little leaving no taste.
This guy gives it two thumbs up and two slices to go.

This pizza is DELICIOUS and GIANT! I am an east coast girl, Philadelphia raised — (singing the Fresh Prince Theme song right now) and let me tell you, this is legit NYC pizza. Flat pizza, great crust and freshly prepared.
The owner is always there to make a slice or a whole pie and is a really neat guy. Not to mention they have centipede and street fighter to play while you wait, HELLO 80’s!
Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

The customer service was actually bad. His attitude was as if he didn’t even want to work because he rush me. I went around 5:45pm where there was nobody, but me. I don’t think I would ever eat at a restaurant place where the services are bad. Rude. Smh. After I took my order, he just went back to talking on the phone while making our pizza. Probably should’ve gone down the little ceasar.

Good food, isn’t anything to write home about but they always have this smokin’ family special that feeds a family of 5. We always have leftovers! I think it’s a large (Giant) pizza, spaghetti or lasagna, bread, soda and sale for like $ 22. Love that it’s family owned. Super nice folks.

Ordered from here at least a dozen times now and always the same out come. Good pizza, good garlic cheesy bread, and great delivery. The one delivery guy they have is always really cool and professional over the phone and he’s quick with the delivery. Just make sure if you pay by card over the phone that you have cash handy at the door. Their receipts don’t have a line to add a tip.
