Unlike the previous reviewers, I have nothing but good things to say about Day Spa Confidential. Tiffany, the owner/​esthetician has always been extremely prompt, professional, and considerate. Her facials for me were expertly done (and I have had many), relaxing, and performed in a clean, pleasant environment. The location may not be the most «luxe» but, once inside, you forget that you are in a lackluster strip mall.
I, too, was a Groupon customer, and ended up coming back for subsequent treatments because I thought they were effective. Additionally, I added extractions to the treatment, and Tiffany — once again — did a thorough job, without any bruising or scarring afterwards.
I have not been back for a while, due to my work schedule… but, as soon as I have the chance, I will be returning to Day Spa Confidential for some awesome facials.

Really impressed with the professionalism and comfort of this place. I’d always wanted to get a Brazilian wax but was too afraid to. At a significant others request, I finally saw a great deal on groupon for a wax at spa confidential.
Coming in, I was nervous but reassured by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I was put totally at ease and actually enjoyed my experience (as much as one can enjoy a wax, that is!) I went home with tips and tricks for care to prevent ingrown hairs and was 100% satisfied with the service I received.

Tiffany gives the best facials and the massages that you get during the treatment are out of this world. I felt like I was floating out on a cloud after getting her European Facial; my skin was super soft and my fried nerves totally relaxed. I will so be going back to Tiffany for my regular skin treatments.
