Never before in any of my travels have I ever come across such a customer service– oriented team of fast food service employees. I had eaten dinner at two «z — rated» restaurants and was left disappointed by their service and quality. My dinner the night before was $ 100, and this staff blew them away. Three times the staff asked if everything was ok, and even brought extra ranch… table service? I swear! The food was fresh and tasty. I ordered the KC BBQ Burger $ 5 lunch. A tasty burger, fries, medium drink and a hot fudge sundae with outstanding service. I strongly recommend that locals and travelers alike support this place and their outstanding employees. Danny and «D» were great. From a greeting when I walked in to their «Have a great day. Hope you come back soon,» the sincerity of these two employees was palpable. There was also a very friendly lady who served others but I did not catch her name. She was providing the same outstanding service.

Great team that works here! My car broke down in the middle of the drive-​thru, of all things last night, and the guys were so understanding and helped me try to figure out the problem with my car. Unfortunately, we couldn’t move it, so they had to close down the drive-​thru, and we’re very efficient and friendly about it. They even gave me my food on the house, and invited me to come inside and eat while I waited for the tow truck! Such a sweet thing to do, after what was going on. Also, side note, the interior looks GREAT after their recent remodel

This is the best Dairy Queen. Great food, friendly faces and amazing blizzards. The employees seem to be truly happy which says a lot about management at this location and Danny is the best. The restaurant is super clean and the $ 5 special tastes like a $ 10 meal. If you want a good burger and an ice cream, this is the place to go!

Seriously, this is the cleanest DQ I’ve ever laid eyes on. I recently went inside this location rather than the drive thru and I was completely impressed. The employees work hard and keep that location running smoothly, making customers want to come back. Their drive thru can get as long as the drive thru at In N Out Burger and it can take awhile sometimes, but these guys are really hustling in there trying to get the food out. AND this location actually has burgers, which is something I don’t see offered at most DQ’s.

Always come here for an Orange Julius to cool me off. Friendly staff and always a clean dining area. Got a big screen tv too or drive thru if your on the go.

Super busy on a very hot day. Excellent customer service. All with smiles! Even an off duty employee was helpful to a challenged guest. Way to go

Blizzards are the best! They also have a delicious chicken strip basket combo meal with a small blizzard for $ 6. I love getting it with the country gravy. Yum! Too many great choices. Staff is awesome, friendly, and frequently wait the tables if not busy. I love coming here!

As a first time DQ’er, this location exceeded my expectations thoroughly. The whole staff was fantastic, but Vincent really put it over the top. He was attentive, friendly… Really just awesome. The restaurant was clean, food was great, quickly served. Come here.

Ice cream here is so yummy but what impressed me the most was such outstanding customer service! Came late at night with my family (right before closing time) and Vincent was great! he helped us pick something we would enjoy and he was also very patient and friendly! Came back the next day for take out and another young man was at the drive thru with awesome service (didn’t get his name) its so rare to find such great customer service, everyone seems to hate their job but here they made it seem like they enjoy working and helping people! will definitely keep coming!

The staff is great, each and every worker is so helpful and kind… and it all starts with the exceptional management, who is so very nice as well. If you haven’t been to the DQ in a while, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

It’s right across the street from my apartment and is always good for a sweet treat. I have never had an issue and the service has always been prompt as courteous for a fast food type joint. Their blizzards are always made perfect.

I love this place. I love to come here with my friends & family. I love the blizzards they serve here but I never have try the food here tho & I heard it was good but I am sure I’m an ice cream freak. I love this place & a good spot to hang out for a little bit

Great service here from cashier to food being served. Foods actually pretty tasty for being an ‘ice cream’ place.

Got my free ice cream cone here on free ice cream cone day. Their service was streamline from getting to the register to getting my ice cream cone. Not super classy and would never come here for fast food, but ice cream here is a go! I devoured my vanilla and chocolate swirl ice cream cone in a heartbeat. Now, I wonder if they have dilly dally bars…

We ate in the restaurant, and that’s a good thing.
Good food though a bit expensive for a family of four. The service was more than outstanding. They were thoughtful, helpful, and came to our table multiple times asking if we needed anything and offering to clean up after us. Easily the best service from any «Fast Food» place we’ve ever been. Highly recommended.
They don’t have a kid menu listed, but they had kid items available. The cashier suggested we get their 5.00 lunch deal, which was a better value and exactly what we needed.
Don’t trust the haters who can’t spell. My son had ice cream with sprinkles, and when the sprinkles ran out, but half the ice cream remained, the manager gave me a small spoonful when I asked.

The manager working last night has a long history of being very confrontational with guests first he asked for order repeated the order and then gave us something different refuse to do simple accommodations which really isn’t a problem and got very loopy and very argumentative and rude this restaurant obviously needs to hire new managers And refusal to take coupons that were valid is completely ridiculous

I had a positive experience here today. I ordered my sundae for dine-​in service, and Kamren delivered to my table personally. I wasn’t expecting that to the point where I saw him with my sundae and I practically met him halfway.
Also, this location is larger than most Dairy Queens I’ve seen here in San Diego County and has a much nicer interior than others.

WOW! This brings fast food to a whole other level! If I could do 6 stars I would have to. For those who want the quick review, dining in here is like the service you expect at a 5 star restaurant not what you’d expect from fast food, it was impeccable. The staff was happy & friendly (genuinely). They have set the bar tremendously high for a fast food restaurant!
The Appearance: They recently remodeled & it looks great. It has plenty of space which is clean & well kept. They installed a good sized HD tv with sports on.
The Experience: They brought the food to us asked if we wanted ranch & to let them know if we need anything else. A few minutes later the girl maintaining the dining area asked how we’re doing & if we need any sauce for my Fiancé’s popcorn shrimp. He asked if they have honey mustard but he really wanted sweet & sour and when she brought it out, she also brought sweet & sour. She came back a few minutes later & when my fiancé said it was great she said she was glad to find a sauce he liked. When I was finished & had some left over food she was quick to ask if I’d like a box. She came over to us two other times within the visit. We later ordered blizzards & they brought it to us said here are your blizzards and turned them upside down which is kinda fun. Haha

I usually come here for the Blizzards. I don’t ever recall ordering hot food so I can’t comment on that.
The Blizzards are pretty delicious. I usually get the Reese Peanut Butter Cup flavored ones. At times it’s not mixed very well and you reach the end of your cup with hardly any candy mix. That’s not the best but they do a good job making it most of the time. It sucks that this is the closest location to San Marcos, but I guess on the flip side, good that I don’t add the extra calories on a regular basis.
