Love their spicy deluxe crispy chicken burger with buffalo sauce! Not crazy about the waffle fries, they have no taste but that is what sauce is for. The burger is absolutely delicious. REAL CHICKEN. Fresh lettuce and tomato and cheese. So good.

I came in with a coupon for one of their breakfast sandwiches. It’s was delicious. It also gave me a chance to see their menu which I haven’t seen in a while. There are some great new things I didn’t know they had. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

I come here frequently and get the chicken Cobb salad. It’s good, a lighter choice I prefer. The prices are a little high but their service and etiquette makes up for it. Staff is always friendly and nice.

Food is descent but over priced and the restaurants is so slow.

I love how convenient this location is. I can go to Target with my kids, go to Chick fil A for lunch and jump on the freeway home very easily. Joshua is always super helpful and makes going out to lunch with my two toddlers a breeze. I also love clean it is inside. There is always high chairs clean and ready for my kids to use. Keep up the good work.

They messed up my sandwich. Then give me a free coupon for another sandwich. But it’s a plain sandwich. The one I ordered was a deluxe. They refuse to make it right. Over 30 cents. You really want unhappy customers over 30 cents? Some lettuce and tomato? You mess up my meal you should make it the same meal. Not happy

Amazing customer service. Of course great food. Trevor helped us by taking our order, and Jordan was walking by asked us if we needed anything and how our meal was. Very pleasant, he left us with sanitizing wipes ND mints.

Customer service was top notch as always. Coffee refills are great. Really enjoy making this location my midway stop on my way to sd.

I looooove chick fil a. I used to be at Starbucks every morning for my coffee but now I’m always at chick fil a for their tasty original iced coffee, its very good. I only wish they had bigger cups.

Although it’s considered fast food, I love the sit-​down restaurant service where they bring your food to the table. Great fresh tasty food. Friendly service.

Super friendly staff and great «junk» food.
They use peanut oil to cool all their food. Which is pretty awesome compared to all the junk oils other companies use (canola, vegetable, sunflower etc). You can definitely taste the difference between this and all the other fast foods. They use real ingredients and not something made in a lab that they call «chicken».
They seem to always have some sort of activity for kids. This last time I was there they had some kinda «barn party» it was cute. The band was kind of annoying, but the kids liked it.
If you dine in they always have somebody walking around cleaning, taking trash from your table and refilling drinks. Another thing you won’t see in other fast food joints.
The drive-​thru though, that could move way faster. It seems that things move much faster if you get out of your car, which sometimes is hard with a sleeping baby.
Hence the 4 stars and not the 5.

They were super busy that the cashier charged me for a medium drink but gave me a small!

So glad they opened one up in Escondido.
By far the best chicken sandwich I’ve tried yet.
my usual go-​to is the delux spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and dr. pepper.
however, i tried the original spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a lemonade. very good sandwich, great lemonade, fries are always good.
service: went through the drive-​thru. friendly. easy to order.
overall: everytime i eat here i’m left satisfied but still wanting more. wish portions on their sandwich were a tad bigger especially for the price you pay. but still a fan of great quality food, drinks, and service.

The first thing I noticed when you walk in the door his nice the staff is, they were all very polite and the store is kept very clean.
So far the only thing I’ve tried is there spicy chicken sandwiches which are delicious chicken seems to be very fresh and I’ve tried the chicken tortilla soup which is good and spicy!

THIS IS A 5 STAR PLACE HANDS DOWN.
We live in America where everyone is hyped up on caffeine and always in a hurry.
So I’m hearing a lot of complaints about how its busy or lines/​wait are long.
I’ve been waiting for this location to open up.
And with my first visit it was great I was greeted by Josh who was working in the dining room almost immediately.
As I came around the divider to order, Edrianne gave a very nice hello and smile.
Ordering to go for the family, so we were handed an orange marker to identify us.
THEY OFFER FREE WIFI WHILE YOU WAIT.
It was nice to sit down and talk to my brother while we waited for our order.
the food was brought to us, even got us extra sauces and filled up my lemondade.
This location has a little private parking that may be full.
Drive thru seems to always have a car.
But the workers are always on point and Smiling.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I love that there’s a CFA in Escondido now, but I REALLY wish they had chosen a different location. We could tell from the outset that the traffic situation would be insane here.
Sure enough, 2 weeks into opening and the regular lunch crowd is just too much for this place to handle effectively. They’ve got a decent layout that permits flow for people dining in, but there is no waiting area for people getting food to-​go, and the drive-​thru line is usually intolerably long.
I love Chick-​fil-​A and their food, but it’s going to be hard for me to eat here regularly due to how busy it is. Little bit of a bummer

I came here during the opening week. As expected, it was pretty crowded and a bit chaotic. Ordering was easy, seating, not so much.
I ordered a chicken wrap and was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t use any of their lime dressing so perhaps the wrap was a bit dry. It did however beat my expectation for eating «healthy» at fast food. I sampled other food and the chicken, fries, and nuggets were all terrific.
Summation
— If you like KFC over this place than you’re probably a filthy pig.
— Good tasting healthier options (wraps and salad — light on the dressing)
— A bit annoying that you have to get someone up front to refill your soda.
— Being closed on Sunday is also annoying.
— And what’s with those plastic cones they had out instead of table numbers?

I know, I know. It’s a Chick-​fil-​A and before people get busy bashing the politics of the Chief Chick-​fil-​A, know that this one that just opened is a franchised location. It has it’s very own website and the owner personally wants you to have a great experience, which is never a problem at a Chick-​fil-​A because all the employees I have ever interacted with have been just so darn polite and endearingly nice!
I will say that this is a great new restaurant and the food was delicious. I went up to Bird Haven with my daughter today and we stopped by to check out all the action. I personally, do not care for the chicken at these restaurants – it is cooked too burned for my taste. But we stopped by for the delicious oatmeal served for breakfast. It is thick and filling with a delicious cinnamon brown sugar packet. I love the seasonal milk shakes at Chick-​fil-​A, especially the Peppermint one at Christmas! So yummy! And their delicious lemonade hits the thirsty spot – especially during the hot summer months.

I think this is going to get a little more traffic than La Salsa. The line is out the door, but the staff is friendly and the food comes hot. They even recognized me. The food is as good as you expect from Chick-​fil-​A. The store has small footprint, but they did a good job designing the flow through the store. And they have a double drive though! I’m happy my hometown now has a Chick-​fil-​A
