Under new management. So far they are really nice and helpful. They have to taco Tuesdays and sandwich Saturdays (I’m pretty sure you can get one any day though).
Hopefully this time this owner will stick. Fingers crossed!

I got this groupon last December and was very excited to use it for my sons upcoming birthday. Called to order cake but guy working said u could only order cakes on Tuesday so that meant I had to call back in 6 days. Ummm not sure what kind of bakery would say call back. So we decided the next week to drive there so my son could sample some cupcakes and then order his cake. When u get there it’s in a creepy trailir park /​construction zone. My son and I were worried just driving in. We called when we were outside the trailir park to make sure we were In the right spot. When the guy answered he said u can come in but they have no cupcakes to sample. We made it half way into trailir park and turned around. It just wasn’t worth the creepy drive or the non existence of cupcakes. So sad I wasted my money.

My mother purchased a Groupon for my birthday. So far it’s been a waste. Groupon showed it was only valid for this last Friday (2 days ago) and showed the bakery as being open until 7pm. Not the easiest place to find, but I enjoy out-​of-​the-​way places that serve good food! Got there before 6 and they were closed. Left a message. Still haven’t heard back. Leaving another one now. Once this is resolved I’ll update my review. Hoping to get better resolution than the other unfortunate reviewers here.
Finally heard back from the owner. The bakery is closed and moved out of state! They offered to transfer the Groupon value to the deli. Not real interested.

I really don’t know how this place calls themselves a bakery. Better yet, I don’t know how this place is a business.
Cupcakes are disgusting! I called the «bakery» and placed my order and picked them up after work. I was able to get 12 different flavors but after we tried about 3 of them we decided to throw the rest away. They are disgusting!!!

Don’t do business with this bakery under any circumstances. I would leave a 0 star review if it was possible.
I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake and 12 cupcakes a month before her party. Two weeks before the party the owner Donna left a message saying she did not understand the order. I called her back repeating the order and asked her to confirm she understood everything. I eventually talked to one of her assistants that confirmed the order. I asked her to have Donna call me to customize the cake. Donna never called me back. I called every day for 2 weeks. I reached her 2 days before the party and she told me she was slammed and that I could either get the cake or the cupcakes but not both. I said I needed both and that I had called a month prior to make sure everything was okay. She said she was cancelling my order and hung up on me.
Worst customer service ever. She made an 8 year old who was looking forward to a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cake and 12 Rocky Road cupcakes very sad!

Bought a groupon and very disappointed. First off, I tried to put in an order in October for the weekend of the 19^th and they couldn’t accommodate bc they were swamped with orders. That was fine until the lady proceeded to tell me that she only makes $ 4 off each groupon order. Made me feel like she pretty much didn’t care for my business. I decided to place an order for nov 16^th, a month out to give them plenty of time. Ordered the jumbo pancakes & bacon and baileys. I called the day before to see when I could pick them up and was told that I would get 6 jumbo pancakes & bacon and 6 small baileys. She didn’t even give me an option! I didn’t fly off the handle like I normally do — always be polite to ppl handling your food — I calmly told her that was not acceptable as I paid for the larges. She confirmed and told me my order was ready at 4pm. When I arrive, I’m informed that the pancakes & bacon is «modified». They made it with chocolate batter instead of the maple. Nothing I can do at this point. I bring it back to the office and hand them out and the pancake and bacon is HORRIBLE. One coworker even told me how terrible it tasted! Pretty much embarrassed I try to tell them that it is normally maple cake and not chocolate but still, no one wanted to eat the cupcakes at that point. $ 12 for 12 jumbo cupcakes is a good deal, but if nobody eats them? A waste of $ 12…

Bummer. I was so excited this morning when I saw a «groupon now» for this place. I bought the Groupon, went to work, spent all day fantasizing about cupcakes, got off work, and drove 30 minutes to this tiny place in Esco. When I got there they were closed :’(The groupon said right on it that I had until 7pm to go claim my cupcakes, so why were they closed at 6? Had to turn my sad, cupcake-​less, self around and drive home. Worst part is, that since it was a «groupon now» it won’t be redeemable for another date! RAWR.

Oh sure, the location (I’m sure that’s temporary) is a little ways out. I also realize you could end up with stale cupcakes once in a while (if you wait too long, eat them in the desert, in an oven, or you’ve been dehydrated for some strange reason), but come on? If some of the cupcakes were stale, and some not; well, what about the good ones? I respect your right to opinion (both of the one-​star reviews); but please consider trying Hot Cupps again and review it again? Thanks.
I tried them today WAYYYYYYY MOIST! Then, the frosting is FREAKING AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! THE GUINNESS— the ROCKY ROAD— one star my little cupcake-​eating-​butt (no, I actually use my mouth, but thanks for the concern). Don’t stop making these! I now have another way I prefer to leave this world — OVERDOSING ON YOUR CUPCAKES!!! Yummmm-​O-​yummmmmmmyyyyyy! Yes, I know, the sugar is getting the best of me. My wife had to take the cupcake of away. Very inexpensive too! Well done Hot Cupps!

I bought a groupon as well. It said to order in advance and I tried. No call back after 2 days so I just showed up. We got an assorted box of 12 cupcakes. The flavor choices looked good. I would say all but 2 were so dry and stale they were not edible. I think they were sitting around for 2 – 3 days. I LOVE cupcakes and was excited to try a new place. All I can say is better customer service and make your cupcakes daily. I will never be back. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I wanted to check this place out and try a cupcake before I bought the groupon. When I got there I was disappointed to find it closed at 4:30pm when the sign in the window showed the same hours of operations their website did prior to leaving the house — Monday through Thursday until 6pm. Not sure how likely I am to go back since it’s out of the way and I can’t count on it being open.
