Not only do they have beautiful jewelry but the staff is just superb. Since day one of going to this store they have treated us like family. Every single staff member has provided us with excellent customer service which is why we wont go to any other store but this one. We consider them part of our family.

While I did not have my ring resized here(it’s pricey for what I need done, it’s not just a typical resize), I was happy with the customer service I received from Mike. He was able to answer my questions, give me an estimate(price and time), all in about 5 minutes.

I am so disgusted with Ben Bridge. I bought a Pandora bracelet from their store in Temecula and they would not give me a Pandora box because they say I did not spend enough money. Really? If I go to Pandora store they do!!! Without asking! And I get home and realize it is the wrong size. FURIOUSNOW! So, since I am now heading south to SD for the evening I stop in North County Fair to get a refund. NO! They refuse a refund because I bought it with a debit card and tell me I need to purchase from them. Seriously? I did, but NEVERAGAIN! These people should be checked out by Pandora and have their license pulled for being horrible!

I was seriously annoyed when one of the sales associates asked me to get coffee in the mean time since there were other customers ahead of us. OHMYGOODNESS… Actually, there were 2 groups ahead of us which made us number 3 in line for service. According to that associate, they were understaffed at that moment and it would be a good idea to get coffee and then come back to be helped. UMMMHELLO — wouldn’t I then just lose my spot in line if I did that? Jeez. . I went in there to get my ring cleaned which is free of charge of course but I wasn’t expecting someone so unprofessional. Anyway, we waited about 5 more minutes(10 minutes total) and were finally seen by Denise. She apologized for the wait and cleaned my ring and then helped us with some men’s rings. She made the experience a WHOLELOT better. Thank you.

Horrible Horrible service. We have bought 3 expensive watches from them and had no problems until one of the watches timekeeping was off. We took it in since the watch wasn’t even a year old and was told it may need to be sent out to the manufacturer and that it could take a few months. Not happy but ok. Well, I go in 3 months later to check on my watch and they haven’t even sent it out yet. It basically had been sitting there the whole time. No one called me, nothing. It finally gets sent out. I call in another 3 months and oh yeah, the watch was back for over a week. Again no one had called me. I get the watch back and the band is damaged. No one can say anything except«sorry». They have lost our business forever.
