Jared responded to my repair inquiry that I sent ICrackd almost instantly. Within 5 minutes an appointment was scheduled for less than 12 hours later the next day. Jared texted in his way to the appointment along with a map that tracked his location. He arrived early, was very pleasant and accommodating. My toddler over a year ago decided to hulk smash (ok more like iPhone smash) my ipad leaving me with a nice shattered top of my ipad 4. Initial shock, horror and sadness was made worse after calling dozens of places to see approximately how much it would be to get it fixed. The geniuses wanted 400 and that was to replace it entirely if I had the icare (I didnt) not to mention the mall kiosks (horror stories) and other pop up shops. Resigned it sat in the closet until two days ago when I came on Unilocal and googled the crap out of ipad repair I called a few places off of Unilocal which all gave me good quotes but also warned of other costs that could pop up when they had the device. On a whim I went to the icracked website, put in my info and in less than a minute received a text saying they had sent the info to local repair techs and after that in under 5 minutes I received a text from Jason from escondido. I got an amazing quote and he answered every question I had and we set up a time to meet the following morning, he went over the device and he worked with my schedule for me to pick it up this morning.
