I’ve driven by that location for decades, past few decades it’s been many restaurants and I’ve never stopped at anyone untill tonight. I had a pizza while my wife had a chicken dish. Both were great tastes and so we’re the mixed drinks that we had. Will come again and tell friends about the place.

I’m going to start by saying we did not end up eating the food here so the review is not about the food. We stopped in on our way home from Vermont. When we took one look at the menu and saw that a single plate of Spaghetti and Plain Meat Sauce was $ 15 and a small 14″ pizza was $ 18 we chose to go to another establishment.

We have driven by Christina’s many times on our way to Vermont and finally stopped last night(a Sunday) for a drink and a bite to eat. We sat at the bar and we were the only ones. I think there were three or four families sitting in the dining room area. I was a little wary at first because it felt empty but we had a pleasant experience. The draught beer selection is not huge but it is decent, and we ordered Steel Rails. The cocktail list seemed sort of pretentious and trying a little too hard, if you know what I mean. To start we had the stuffed mushroom app and a side garden salad that the bartender/waitress offered to split up for us, which was nice of her. I was definitely impressed with the presentation of the mushrooms and they were nice and big with a lot of seafood stuffed into each. We also ordered a veggie pizza with sausage which was delicious and a pleasant surprise. We specifically wanted leftover pizza so the waitress recommended we order a medium and it was huge! The crust is medium-thick and tasty on its own. Overall we were definitely glad that we finally stopped to check it out, and I’m sure it will not be our last time at Christina’s.

Great, authentic Italian food. The chicken sorrentino is a personal favorite, it’s chicken parmesan layered with eggplant & prosciutto. Fantastic !!! Great service. Owner Tony is out to please. Highly recommend.

I wanted to like this place as there are few restaurants in the area. The interior is nicely decorated and larger than we expected. All tables were filled while there. They are in process of making a bar area in the entry area. We saw several pizzas go by and they look very good. The hostess and waitress were very friendly and service was good. The cannoli dessert was very good. Now the bad: The entrees disappointed. Everything was swimming in way too much sauce. The shrimp and scallops were undercooked, sent back, and still not cooked when returned. The huge ziti and sausage serving looked impressive but had little sausage and a bland taste. Prices are in the high teens to low twenties. I can’t recommend Christina’s now though one day we may give it another try for pizza.

Great food, great staff, and a much nicer atmosphere inside than the exterior would lead you to believe. Large portions and they make everything to order. If you want more or less garlic, onions, etc… just ask and they’ll do it for you. One of my wife and my favorite places to eat.

While the service here was great and the food very typical of Italian cuisine, it is way overpriced. Definitely not worth paying $ 18 for their specialty pizzas.

We would recommend this restaurant anytime. Every time we have been there it has been great and the prices are very reasonable. The wait staff are very good and helpful also.

Stopped here on a whim, we were driving back from Western MA on a ‘foliage peeping’ day trip. My friend loves pizza so he wanted to stop at this«pizzeria». Well this pizzeria turned out to be a little gem out in the middle of almost no where. The place is very deceiving from the front; there is a nice dining room out back that is tastefully decorated and very clean. My date had a pepperoni & hamburg pizza, nothing«special»; it was very good! I got the chicken parm and it was HUGE. Perfectly cooked(which yes, a dish as simple as chicken parm should be but trust me some places just don’t get it). The red sauce is DELICIOUS I am very picky about my red sauce and this was a pleasant surprise. The salad, while mostly lettuce, was FRESH I did not have one single piece of lettuce I could not eat(this is a pet peeve of mine, you can almost always tell how your meal is going to be, based on the starter salad). The house dressing is AWESOME — I’m assuming homemade and I really wish I could buy a bottle for home. We both had a crème puff for dessert, again delicious and fresh. I like how they bring out the dessert tray so you can see what they have. My only peeve on this was — not one single dessert was chocolate — every place should have at least one chocolate offering(in my opinion) LOL! The service was outstanding — very attentive and I never had an empty glass, I appreciate that. I wish it wasn’t 85 miles from home — or we would definitely be going back.

you’ve seen this menu before. everywhere. overpriced, underflavored, Italian-American fare, with a strong emphasis on the American side of the teeter-totter, and fried seafood. we aimed for the pizza instead, which was supposed to be special, and should have been for the absurd price. waitress who, when asked Specifically, told us it was a red sauce pie, then blamed it on the cook when it wasn’t. then came back to ask if it was Good, but didn’t want to hear that it was merely sorta okay. nice glasses of water with lemon, though.

Under new management… still an awesome pie, nice little bar. Still on my short list of pizza in Western MA.

Food was mediocre(out of 5 of us, only one person was able to appreciate his sandwich– ham And cheese). Service was«frazzled” — although waitress was only serving one more table. The only good thing about this was the portion size, if only the food was good. Would not recommend this to friends. It was so freezing in the room too!!!

I can’t get enough of this place. What I miss about NY pizzeria’s is the offering of other food on the menu, alfredo, pasta, lasagna, we lack that in Franklin County and Christina’s definitely provides this. The pizza is iincredible, great crust and topped with all kind sof items! The meatballs are the BEST and homemade, a hard thing to find around here! They have great entertainment on the weekends, the food is fresh and prepared daily, they make all sorts of amazing drinks. The portions are huge, we always leave satisfied with enough for lunch the next day! Thanks Christina’s for being there, you are the best!
