Can I give 0 stars?!? This is the second time in a row they have messed up my pizza and I have had to drive all the way back to the store. I tried to call to have them make me a new one and they put me on hold so long but I was able to make my way all the way back to the store. I will never order from here again!

My flight was cancelled and had to stay at a hotel in Erlanger, KY. It was after 9:30, I was starving and the hotel didn’t have a restaurant. I found Donatos from the phone book in the room and called. First of all I was excited to know that they carry Gluten Free pizzas. Ordering was quick and easy. My pizza was delivered with ½ hour as promised and it was delicious! Wish this Donatos was near me in PA.

My «window pick up» experience doesn’t even deserve a single star. Unfortunately Unilocal insists I give this donatos a star. The service there is beyond awful. We sat in our car for over 10 minutes without anyone coming to the window… As we stared at our pizza getting cold on the other side of the drive thru window. When the girl finally did come to the window she couldn’t find our pizza despite us spelling our last name when we ordered it as well as when we went to pick it up. That’s the last time you’ll get our pizza order.

Dissappointed. I called in an order for ONE pizza. Half pep half sausage. ONE PIZZA! The guy even repeated the order back to me… I get home and what do I have? Sausage on half, no pep on the other half. What a let down. I love Donatos pizza but I will never order from this location again.
