Great place for a quick downtown lunch! Wraps are delicious, pressed on a griddle so they are crispy and warm. Tikka Chicken is my favorite, just the right amount of cool dressing, spicy chicken, and chutney. Ample seating, dining area is simple, clean, and comfortable! Service is great, friendly staff!

Great authentic home-cooked Indian food, and more. I had butter chicken and saag paneer with rice and a buttered naan. The food was all delicious. The naan wan’t home made, but I only know that because I saw them take it out of the package, it still tasted great! I’m definitely going to go back and try some of their wraps and sandwiches. Other things of note: it was pretty empty when I went, so they got me my food, piping hot, pretty quick. For my whole meal, I paid a very reasonable $ 11. The place was clean, with a clean bathroom.

Wow !! Let me put it in simple words. your trip to PA is incomplete without visiting this delicious place. Amazing food in a great restaurant hidden in a small town of Erie. Truly a gem !! :) Outstanding customer service to top it off. Can’t go without giving it a full 5 stars. totally my kind of place. :)

I am from out of town was at the greyhound bus stop needing a lunch delivery place. This place came up on Unilocal.I got the philly wrap and it was awesome! I am not sure if this is a small business or new the delivery guy wanted to know how I heard of them I told him on Unilocal and he was really excited. Very friendly delivery guy and fast delivery as well! Food was still hot and steamy when I got it :)

Great place-very clean and welcoming! Food is awesome and service is great. They have Indian food on weekends now cause I guess they changed owners and it’s soo yummy, especially the chicken tikka wrap and butter chicken over rice! Wraps are fresh and they have a lot of choices. highly recommended. .u r missing out if u haven’t checked it out! !

I’ve been to Vita many times, however just now realized it wasn’t on Unilocal.Vita is on state street in between the McDonalds and the Chinese take out restaurant. It fits nicely betwixt two unhealthy food establishments. When you walk in the place it has a pseudo modern feel, with a cafeteria style design. There are a number of different styles of sandwiches, with various flavors and ingredients. Some international flavors like the Shanghai chicken to the Philly steak clearly from the states. The staff we saw today was very friendly and helpful. We got two pita sandwiches that were very good. The downfall of the day was the pita was extremely messy at the bottom of the wrap. It was very good, top notch meat and veggies. But super messy. Nonetheless, vita is a great alternative to an otherwise classless culture-less downtown Erie district.
