The equipment was satisfactory, but I had a negative experience with the staff members. When I rented my pickup truck, after the guy checked me out, he told me my truck was ready and waiting for me outside. We saw someone walk around the truck, but did not make any comments about damage. We drove 5 miles just to drop off one plant, then returned the truck it to have the agent find some dents and such and claim that I caused them. When I first rented the truck, there was no mention that I needed to do a damage assessment, but upon return, the representative insisted that it was my responsibility to check the truck for damage. A very negative experience indeed
