Quick to take my money poor execution! Never trust a company that only has a pro box and no phone number! My bad! After many weeks of no show, even though they managed to hit my card, they did call me. They said that he accidentally went to the wrong address. He told me that for him to give me a free service that I needed to update my cc information. I did but still no show. I have sent many emails asking for refund but no response. RUNAWAY!!! It’s a scam

Twice I’ve gotten flyers on my door. I hate that. However, I did call them to get grass cut once on a rental house I was selling. The only way to reach them is through the web — no phone number. I got a call. The woman said they would fit me in that weekend. Granted there was a lot of rain for about two weeks but that weekend there was a time it could be cut. It wasn’t. I trying to contact them again but this time no replay. I’ve tried several times. BTW, they have moved to Aurora. They’re no longer in Erie.

Used to be a great service. Started this year & on the first mow received a sticky note saying«Grass too tall in backyard.» So I mowed it myself in 15 minutes. Lazy or time constraint –I’m not sure. Anyway cancelled my service & will go with someone else moving forward.

Actually, I am pretty happy with the service I received last season. I did receive a note as well but it was for dog poop we had forgotten to clean up. Honestly, I don’t think anyone should have to deal with that. We contacted them via email, cleaned up the doo, and immediately received a very nice response stating they would be back the next day and they were. I found them to be very dependable and provided the service they said they would. I don’t mind the email communication, they appear to be on it quickly! I feel the rates are fair and the billing has been easy and dependable. Of course, we will see how it goes this season, but I have already sent 2 emails regarding this years service and don’t anticipate any issues. I would say give them a try, but follow their clearly stated rules and you should be happy. If not, its an easy process to cancel. 6÷27÷2015 Update: I am still very happy with the service I have been given. I have had great success with email communications and have found them to be very responsive to every request or comment I have made to them. The guys that mow have been very polite and have happily done the few minor things I have asked of them. They have Also shown up to mow even on the worst weather days!

The first year I used their service, they were amazing. They came out took care of the grass, cleaned up after themselves and even called you back when you asked them to. I believe that last year they got some new management. Since then, you can never talk to a person on the phone, and even the emails I received from them are cold and informal. Also, the workers are supper lazy. I started getting sticky notes on my door telling me why they couldn’t mow the back yard. One note was that there was an obstruction by the back door. The obstruction was a trash barrel that could have been wheeled a couple of inches to the left. Another note was that our dogs were in the back yard. Even though as soon as we heard them coming we brought them inside right away. And finally, my favorite note was that our grass was too tall in the back yard. They are the ones mowing our grass, but they can’t do it because our grass is not short enough for them to mow? That was the last straw. I cancelled the service right away. I don’t recommend any one wasting their time with this lack of service.

If they spent 1⁄8th of the time trying to keep people happy as they do soliciting for more business might actually work. Poor service, no direct phone number only online contact and no response from company save ur money and do it yourself or pay a neighbor kid half and get a better job done
