I’ve never really cared for this place. The staff is never knowledgeable on the products. The staff is very unfriendly. The products are crazy over priced and TERRIBLE quality. This is one of the only beauty supply stores in Erie that provide products for minorities, but its just not worth it. You’re better off ordering from an online site than dealing with this place. I NEVER recommend Rose’s to anybody.
