It was busy for a Sunday afternoon. However, the technicians were able to quickly get my sister and I in without having appointments. The tech was nice and courteous and the manicure looked great. I’d come back here for the service and quality.

Over all it was a decent experience. The first day, I was pretty unhappy for spending $ 53 on a regular mani and pedi (plus the $ 10 tip). It is excessively over priced. Then the next few days my nails remained looking nice so I didn’t care for splurging on nails. The lady doing my nails had a pretty bad attitude for some reason, but she did everything I had requested her to do, so I left her a tip. The other nail salons in Erie PA are not as sanitary, so i can see why they are so over priced along with their location in the mall. If you don’t mind spending double the price on nails, then go for it. Minus the lady doing my nails attitude, i would go back again.

Pedicure — okay, but overpriced. It was an extremely basic pedicure for $ 25. Also, they charged the same amount for my 6 year old niece as they did for me.
Manicure — horrible! Total waste of money. Within one day I had chips and now, two days later, I’m embarrassed that I have to be seen in public because I won’t have time to re-​do it myself until tomorrow night.
