Gapter must not have done the installation right ten years ago. The tank deformed a bit over time and Acme Septic couldn’t get one of the lids back on after doing maintenance, so they just forced it on instead of threading it on. The manufacturer of the tank provided new press fit lids, but I’ve been waiting for months for either Acme or Gapter to come out and swap the lids, which would take them all of 3 minutes. I’d recommend going with a company that won’t blow you off if there’s an issue with their work.
