I have been going to Ambridge Rose since they opened their doors. Everyone is so friendly and the skills of the stylists are amazing. I actually still drive to Erie, though I live in Pittsburgh, to get my hair done because I know I will walk out feeling glamorous and beautiful after a few hours with my favorite ladies at Ambridge Rose. My style and color are constantly complimented, often by other stylists! I would never hesitate to recommend Abridge Rose to anyone!

Carly gave me a simple haircut but it was so uneven I had to go back. She fixed it no Charge which was good but still not the greatest cut.

Spa and Salon services were nice, however, be prepared to receive absolutely no service if you lose a gift card. Owner/​manager was quite rude when explaining that it was like losing a fast food chain gift card… REALLY… am I buying spa and salon services at a fast food chain? I don’t usually spend $ 200 on fast food gift cards! There are some easy methods of tracking issued gift cards. A simple spreadsheet or basic database would suffice. Plus, you really should be tracking unused gift cards for accounting purposes! Bottom line: Service is fine, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING GIFT CARDS HERE — YOU WILL HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RECOURSE IF YOU LOSE YOUR GIFT CARD.
