Had the worst experience ever!!! We had a problem with our stove, the manufacturer took care of us in a timely manner, but the owner of the stove shop decided to wait three and a half months to get back to us! Ended with legal assistance to resolve, I highly recommend going someplace else.

Wow,… Firehouse Stove Shoppe!!! This is a really great place to shop for one of many fine brands of heating stoves and fireplace’s!!!
We were helped by staff member Michelle and also owner Jeff Horton which were both extremely helpful and most importantly very knowledgeable. Will be updating this review shortly.
