Just.dont.go. This joint is pumping out very sub-par pizzas, etc. For $ spent, not a good value for price paid.(Certainly the rent here ain’t cheap.) I wish for a fast-casual restaurant here… someday!!! There’s just a lack of. imagination or originality here. The space is also a turn-off. Sounds bouncing everywhere.(A sound engineer is a necessary investment during restaurant planning.) I suppose the bar is the best choice here.

Pizza is OK in terms of price. $ 15 to $ 18 dollars a pizza is not that bad, especially if you get that brick oven quality you’re looking for. The taste of the pizzas were alright. The two times we’ve been here(the last time being last week) it’s really the efficiency of the staff. Our server is assigned 4 different tables in almost the four corners of the building, it’s such a bad arrangement. On top of that, they don’t have trays that they they can put plates on if you don’t order pizza. Instead, they carry the plates one by one from the kitchen, which I think is a very inefficient way to do it. My final say is: if you want brick oven pizza, then this is your place to go. After having tried it, I wasn’t a convert. I’d rather go to Supreme or GM’s in Raymond, which is the next town over.

After hearing several decent reviews from friends we finally decided to give this restaurant a try on Saturday evening(7 May). Hostess was quite pleasant and the 20 minute wait for a table for 4 was rather nice on a Saturday evening. That may have been the highlight of our visit. Pizza was merely OK. I do expect crispier crust from a wood fired pizza. We ordered a Margherita pizza and a Saltimbocca pizza for the table. Margherita pizza had virtually no cheese, I’m talking *maybe* 7 small dollops of Mozzarella on the entire pizza. While their was plenty of garlic cream sauce(so much that it rendered the crust limp) and prosciutto on the Saltimbocca pizza it was virtually flavorless. Server never once asked if wanted refills on our drinks and could not seem to turn over the table fast enough. In fact she brought our check without even asking if we wanted dessert. As we have many excellent dining choices within a short drive of our home I do not expect that we will be returning here any time soon.

Stopped here for a pizza with my wife after seeing a movie. It was not busy at all, in fact besides a guy at the bar, we were the only people there when we arrived. Lots of staff on hand. Mainly eating and talking(makes sense I guess, slow time right before dinner). Went with the BBQ chicken pizza, but wished we would have tried mac n cheese pizza instead. The crust was thin and crispy, the cilantro was tasty and fresh. The chicken was almost as non existent as the cheese. The red onions(which I love) overpowered the entire pie. Pizza was somewhat of a let down, but I was hungry and it was edible. Total bill for the pizza only was $ 17.44(we had waters). Service was slow, and I had to ask for my check because the waitress did not appear to be coming with it. The atmosphere was very nice and it looked like they had some good beers at the bar. I thought Id try one but, again, the waitress wasnt really around to ask and it wasnt urgent, I was just considering it. I was curious and wanted to try this place since I think I saw it on Phantom Gourmet. In the end, it was just«meh» I will stick to La Festa in Dover. Satisfying pies there for over a decade now with no issue. If we see a movie again in Epping, we will probably try a different nearby restaurant since this place didnt really stand out as somewhere we would pay to return to.

We had dinner at the Epping location on Sunday and everyone loved the food. Go for the 900 Signature pizza and salad! Loved the location and the atmosphere. Most importantly, Leigh, our waitress was incredibly nice, funny, and attentive. We will come here again!

Great service and awesome pizza! Haven’t been here before because of negative reviews but it was great and the waitress was very attentive and let us know Tuesday is two for one pizza. We’ll be back!

Yesterday we decided to come here for dinner and we are glad we did! We were seated and greeted with a very friendly and polite waitress(Lee) who was patient and suggested an awesome pizza(her favorite), brought us bread and quickly returned with our drinks! The pizza was cooked perfectly, everything was great! As we were eating a gentleman in a wheelchair was leaving and the hostess quickly went to open the doors to help him with a big smile! That was nice to see! Would I come back! You bet I am and hopefully soon & with friends too!

Service not great, actually we sat for 20 minutes before anyone came to the table so I guess the service was bad. Pizza was just ok but was our 1st time there and may have just been an off night. Menu looks interesting so will give it another shot before we make a final judgment, but not a good start.

I’ve been meaning to write this place a review for a while. 900 degrees was pretty darn good. I’ve been to Italy before and this place is more like the pies you get there then the ones you get in New York City. I love me some gluten! But my mom is scared by it so it’s cool you can get GF pies too.

I’ve been back a few times usually Friday afternoons. Not a busy time for them but service is soooo slow. I love the pizza but don’t expect it fast even when they only have a few tables full. On my recent visit, I was seated at a high top in the bar and wondered if anyone was serving these tables. After the person behind the bar got finished her multiple comversations with someone at the bar who didn’t have a drink, food or a check and making drinks for the waitresses waiting, I was finally waited on. Bottom line for me is love the pizza but service is very slow.

Unbelievably unpleasant experience. Clearly the place is geared towards families. Sadly, the acoustics in the restaurant are so appalling, the waitresses need to scream at each customer in turn to get their orders if the place is more than half full. The service staff do not seem well trained. If the food is good, though, you can forgive these glitches. Unfortunately, the food does not seem to be a priority here. The pizzas seem to be the popular item, but are nothing special. The garlic bread was like rubber, and almost devoid of(strange but true!) garlic. Almost all the other dishes we have tried so far there have been uninteresting and bland, but almost invariably overly salty.(The salads seem an exception, and received fairly good reviews.) The cocktails were overpriced and not very interesting. The beer was poorly kept. Very unimpressive.

I’ve been here twice and both times the food was very mediocre to horrible. The first time, half of my pizza was charred, and the waitress didn’t seem to care, she just said«oh, sorry about that.» The second time(we thought maybe the first time was a fluke), the incredibly thin and tough pizza gave me and my husband food poisoning. I thought at first that maybe it was the fact that they accidentally let some meat fall on my side of the pizza(I can’t digest meat), but my husband had the same«stomach issues» immediately after as well. Since we both ate separate breakfasts, I can definitely say it was the pizza that did it. I would NOT recommend this place, especially since you’re paying over $ 20 for a tiny burnt pizza, a long miserable bathroom visit, and you have to shout for the waitress to hear you order. Yuck.

Decent pizza. Don’t come here if you’re hungry. Pizza making is slow. The server said they’re sorry for the delay because there was a big party. So the tip for you is, come with over 12 people and they’ll make your pizza first. Not pleased. Will use my consumer dollars elsewhere.

Our family dined here for the first time. We waited about 10 minutes for a server. We then waited an additional 10 minutes to get the drinks to our table. We ordered the wings and a pizza pie. Both items were mediocre. We were never offered drink refills during our visit. The ambience is great but service is lacking. We would likely not visit again.

I’m somewhat of a pizza snob so I’m probably harder on this place than most would be. The hostess was friendly and seated us right away, but somewhere communication broke down and no one came to take care of us. We waited about ten minutes and watched two other tables get seated and have their drink orders taken before we flagged a server down. She was apologetic and offered us an appetizer to make up for it. The food came out quickly, not too quickly, and was a good temperature. The meatballs and bread appetizer was tasty and a good portion. The pizza, the restaurant special, was the same, but the center of the pie was soggy underneath. Flavor wise it was fine, but pizza just shouldn’t have to be eaten with a fork and knife unless you are in Chicago. It was an okay experience.

My husband and I camp near this restaurant and its great to finally have GREAT pizza nearby for those rainy days. There is only 1 size pizza. I’d describe it as a oversized individual pizza(but then again, I can eat a lot of pizza). The price of the pizza is a little high, but you’re paying for quality pizza. The sauce is on the sweeter side and tastes very fresh. My husband loves the regular cheese pizza. I am very fond of the Donatella(artichoke hearts, kalamata olive, whole roasted garlic cloves, arugula). The flavors blend wonderfully! The crust is average thickness, slightly dense, so it makes for a good, chewy edge. Their full bar is nice — what goes better with hot pizza than icy cold beer?

I find this place to be very hit or miss. I have had to send items back on several occasions(cold meatballs, rotten grapes with the kids meal, etc.) but it is a unique dining experience in the local area. I find the menu to be VERY basic with only a few items service as an entrée other than pizza. Tonight I was shocked that with the kids meal they don’t get a FREE refill on the soda or other drinks but adults do. If I am having a ginger ale why can I get a refill but my child can’t? I think that this is extremely cheap and a rather poor business decision. Also, I don’t think I have EVERY been to a restaurant with«paper» napkins that have been so stiff. I really wondered if they were giving paper towels as it was like the napkins were sprayed with starch.

We ate here today, and while the pizza was OK, when we ordered the Peanut Butter Pie for dessert, we found a piece of silicone rubber in it like from a spatula. While we understand things can happen, when we brought it up with our waitress she was like«Oh really?» and made no effort to address it or even be embarrassed/shocked/or care. We then brought it up to the Host who also showed very little concern or remorse and offered no apology or resolution. Mistakes can happen in restaurants(although this is a bit awful as it wasn’t even food) but to basically have your staff not care shows a lack of customer service and training that is appalling. Buyer beware at 900 Degrees as the seller doesn’t care.
