Sheetz

I can always count on Sheetz to have a clean bathroom. Was glad to see this location not only had a changing table but it also had one of those child seats in the bathroom stall — very helpful! I did not try any of the made to order food. The gas prices were decent and I would stop here again.

I typically am a fan of Sheetz’s MTO, or made-​to-​order food. It’s fast food, but I feel like it’s slightly higher quality than McDonalds since it’s not sitting under a heat lamp.
I stopped at this Sheetz on my way to BWI airport. I would give 4 stars, but I have to remove a star for this particular location for their speed. When you stop at a Sheetz’s for food, you don’t expect to stand there and wait for it for 25+ minutes. I get that it was early in the morning, but the one girl making the food could NOT have moved any slower. She put together one order in the time it took the other girl to put together five orders.
Luckily, I didn’t arrive at the airport too late — but just know that if you stop here for food, you should budget at least 30 minutes if the slowest employee in the existence of the universe is working.

Time for the ‘ol trusty default three star Unilocal gas station check list:
Good price? Yep
Currently around a nickle per gallon cheaper than stations in Lancaster.
Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? No
Easy on/​off to the highway/​road of my choosing? Check, 222 off/​on was a breeze.
Human intervention needed? No
Three star gas station bliss achieved!

I love Sheetz and was delighted to find one on the other side of the state. In fact it was a brand new one. And maybe we can even say it was an odd one.
Not many Sheetz have other businesses attached to them, but this one did. I’ve only ever seen that one other time so far. This particular one had one of those emergent care center at the other end of the building. Don’t let that deter you from coming here.
The store looks basically brand new and there are more than enough pumps to get your fuel. The inside of the store is great. It’s big, nicely laid out and the staff were nice to deal with.
Made for a quick stop feel like a breeze.

I stop here often on my travels o pick up food and drinks. The one day I had ordered a dozen wings but when I got to my destination, I noticed that the girl had messed up and only made me ½ a dozen. I was pretty mad but what can you do. I did not feel like driving back to pick the other 1/​/​2 dozen up.
One week later I stopped to pickup food. I told the cashier about the missing ½ dozen. Without him having to ask anyone, he yelled back to the cook to make me a ½ dozen. Did not charge me and apoligize for the mistake. Problem immediately solved without any issues. Things like this are really hard to find anymore. This was a younger kid but did his job really well and cared about his job and the customer.
Great clean place to go. This Sheetz also has a place with tables for you to eat your food there if you wish. They are open ²⁴⁄₇.
