Love this hotel clean, free breakfast, indoor pool and the staff is so friendly. Only ½ hr from Hershey and 20 mins from Lancaster. Definitely will return when I come back to PA.

The staff here, especially Diana B, is always very kind and friendly while not being overwhelming. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast, though consistent in content, was also consistent in quality in freshness as you’d expect from a Hampton. There is a convenient Applebee’s in the same parking lot, and indoor pool and a decent workout room as well.

Like most Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at, this location is clean and friendly. Great staff!
The room I had was clean and comfortable, and the only minor issue I noticed was a loose shower knob, which I dutifully reported at checkout.
As my stay was a quick overnighter, I did not get the chance to enjoy the pool or breakfast, but since we were leaving before breakfast was available, we were offered a complimentary to-​go bag each which contained an apple, granola bar, muffin, and bottle of water. I call that great customer service!
Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean Hampton Inn, up the street from the downtown area. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is an Applebee’s restaurant that is next door for a quick bite if you don’t want to walk downtown. Plenty of parking and of course you get a free breakfast. Again, very nice! Our visit was in July 2103

Beautiful, clean rooms. All the staff are cheerful and courteous often stating greetings of «good morning» highly recommend for your next stay in Ephrata.
