There were ANTS everywhere. They were in our hotel room, in my co-worker’s hotel room and they even attacked my car in the parking lot. The elevator was broken and not scheduled to be repaired for over a week. And there were pieces of paper on the floor in the hall and stairwell that were never vacuumed up during the 3 days I was at the hotel. The carpet all over the hotel contained stains. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I went to stay here for a business trip and upon arrival the room I had booked was not ready when I arrived when though it was booked two days prior. I asked the lady could I switch to a different room that was ready and because I truly needed some sleep. Needless to say, the stay at this hotel was awful. I would not recommend this place anyone!

Absolutely the worst Holiday Inn Express ever. The front desk staff, Shannon was absolutely rude and very disrespectful to my family in front of a lobby full of people. The hotel is very old and out of date. Rooms were spacious. Carpet, décor and furniture out of date and stained. The front desk clerk was the worst and had such disrespect and attitude with no compassion and should not be in hospitality whatsoever. I wouldn’t stay there ever again nor recommend this place to anyone.

My family needed a place to stay for one night before we reported to Fort Rucker, and I selected the Holiday Inn because it had free breakfast and I knew the Holiday Inn brand was usually dependable. There was lots of parking in front, the front desk service was polite and check in was a breeze. We got a two bed room and our room was clean and neat. One great thing that I liked about this hotel was that there was FREE wi-fi in the rooms! I have stayed in fancier, pricier hotels that do not offer free wi-fi, so this was a great surprise. Breakfast the next morning is pick and choose. They have some hot offerings like sausage, biscuits, pancakes, as well as yogurt, juices and fresh fruits. This hotel is in a great location, just off the main circle(Boll Weevil) but tucked away so it’s not too loud from traffic. It is just minutes away from Fort Rucker and easy to find. There may have been cheaper options in Enterprise, but with my kids with me, I didn’t mind paying a little more for what I knew would be a reliably clean hotel room and breakfast included. I recommend staying here!

For a little town like Enterprise, AL finding a Holiday Inn or a Hampton Inn(there is one next door) i awesome… and makes you a little nervous at the same time… those place can be hits & misses in remote areas… Anyway, this was quite decent, nothing spectacular but basic clean room… I got«upgraded» to the King Suite. which just gains you a seating area… woohoo… not so much. i wouldn’t pay for the privilege LOL This place could use some updates… like new TVs and a better internet connection(the wireless was barely showing 2 bars in my room). but they had a decent breakfast every morning and the staff was very pleasant.
