Although they were busy and it took a while to get our food I was extremely impressed with how good their steak was. My co workers bragged about how good it was & now I am a bragger myself lol. I had the baked potato it was huge and yummy. The salad was great too it was FRESH& the bacon was omg goooood… Thanks Annie’s I highly recommend you check out this local joint if you are ever around this area.

LOVELOVELOVE the food. Don’t think you’re going to get in and out very quick, though. The kitchen takes a minute no matter what you’ve ordered. Waiters are consistently good(especially Haley). We’ve eaten there often.

Not worth your money. Had a steak with fries. The fries were soggy and the steak looked like it was boiled. Not sure why people rave about this place. It’s a hole in the wall. Foods bad seating bad servers wear dirty clothes. It’s just juck:(

After walking by Annie’s once or twice and it continuously popping up on my Unilocal searches every time I’m looking for food around here, the hubby and I finally ventured in last week. We sat ourselves and took a look at the menu. We decided to start with the fried mushroom appetizer. As expected with things that are battered and deep-fried, there was more batter than mushroom, but it was still good. For our entrees, the hubby ordered the country-fried steak, and I played it safe and went with the shrimp po’boy and curly fries. The shrimp in the po’boy were large, lightly battered, and cooked well. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the hoagie roll it came on was so, so soft! I’m fairly certain the curly fries were the same ones you can get in the freezer section at the grocery store, but they were prepared well, so no complaints there. The country-fried steak was equally tasty, though I didn’t particularly care for it as I am not a big red meat eater. The mashed potatoes were clearly made from scratch with deliciously peppery gravy, the green beans were cooked with big chunks of bacon(yum), and the dinner roll was, again, delightfully soft. I am curious as to where they get their bread from. Whether it is homemade or not is difficult to tell. I did expect a little more from Annie’s, aesthetically, given its location(in the cute downtown part of Enterprise), but however non-descript the interior, the food certainly makes up for it, even if there isn’t an entirely clear theme to their menu. Most of the items seemed to be typical of a Southern diner, but there was an eggroll appetizer, two or three quesadillas, and maybe a few other items that seemed a little random. To me, it was a little confusing. The amount of food you get is ridiculous, and their prices are fair. The service was satisfactory, neither poor nor extraordinary. We generally enjoyed our experience here, but will we be back? Probably not, but only because we prefer places with significantly healthier choices than what Annie’s offers. We walked out of here feeling like we needed to detox, but if you’re in the mood for good, heavy cooking that is neither too greasy nor too salty, Annie’s is a great choice.

Good food and great friendly service. Breakfast is fantastic with good portions. Lunch is great with burgers, salads and daily specials which sate your appetite for good food. Sweet tea is, so half and half is a good choice.

Breakfast was average. Menu prices were reasonable and portions were good. Waiter was good, but food took a bit to come and the restaurant was nearly empty. Not all of the food was delivered at once, we had to wait a few minutes to get it all. Probably won’t be back, especially since it’s not open on the weekends.

My absolute favorite place to eat in the Wiregrass! Friendly staff and good homestyle food combine to make a great meal. And if you want a steak that really is the best in the area, this is the place to get it!

Passing through and stopped for lunch. Ordering from the menu but like a meat– and 3. Saw one item that was not fried, so I tried the hamburger steak. It was very tasty and the onions added so much flavor that I did not need any other condiment. The Green beans were flavorful and tasty and the mashed new potatoes were very good. Not heart-healthy but very good, plenteous lunch for $ 7.99.

I am here 4 – 6 times per month. So I am going to have to be careful with this review! The burgers are FIVESTAR! But this rating isn’t based on just the burgers. The service is FOURSTAR! But his rating isn’t based on just the service. I have had most of the items on the menu. MOST are okay. The PORKCHOP is dangerous if you have an MSG sensitivity. Not only is it BRINEY when it gets to you, if you are MSG sensitive, you better have your headache medicine handy. This is also true of the chicken soup and a few of the other«specials» I have had over the months. TOOSALTY and/or TOOMUCHMSG! The environment is better than it was a few years ago, but I would close off the kitchen to cut down on the noise AND clean up the seating area to make more room for customers. They miss out on 15 – 20 seats because of the service area. More later…

The Young Bros. and company are packin’ them in at Annie’s Café. Just finished the Bulgogi Special($ 14.15 w/sweet tea) which happens sporadically on Tuesday’s. It is wonderful, plentiful, and even gives me flashbacks of the soju tent hibachis in A-Town(Kunsan AB). The only thing missing tonight was Momma Young’s cucumber kimchi. Hope you get to feeling better Momma!!! Everything on the menu is noteworthy, and though I’ve yet to visit for breakfast, I’m certain that its enjoyable. Cory and Brittney keep the ship afloat, and do a topnotch job in the dining room.

Best cheeseburger and fries I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. Better than I can make for myself. Eaten here twice, I will fondly remember this as the perfect cheeseburger and fries. So freaking good. The jumbo cheeseburger is huge, has great flavor, not too juicy or to dry. The fries are crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside, not greasy. For some reason it’s very rare to find a restaurant that can cook fries correctly. Thank you Unilocal for finding this one for me.

EXCELLENT food but 2 star service. Probably the best steak I’ve ever had which they only have on Thursday and Friday. Well worth the long waits. Great burgers and the buffalo chicken sandwich is my personal favorite. Not the best place if you’re in a rush but probably the best food in enterprise.

Lunch and dinner epic, breakfast not so much. I’d have to say after reading all the breakfast reviews that I was excited to go and try it for myself on this three day weekend. Annie’s is only open on weekdays, making it difficult for a military family to try and eat there. When we got there only one other table was occupied, but it still took 20 mins to get out food, which baffled me because I was the last one to be served, 5 mins after everyone else and I only got a waffle and one sausage link. The breakfast was ok, hash browns had been thawed and then cooked and my waffle was kind of cold. That being said dinner and lunch there are delicious! I’ve never had a meal that I’ve disliked. We love going on Friday nights for there rib eyes, which are juicy tender and amazing. Staff is polite and quick to refill drinks. I just wish our breakfast would have stacked up to the other meals we’ve had there.

Great breakfast. Awesome western omelette filled with real home cooked ham. Not commercial slices chopped. Grits are great and I fussy no instant grits for me. My husband said the pancakes were The best.
