Bought a used PS4, I did the update. Now it doesn’t turn on. Went to return it just to get a replacement, my game was stuck in the system. Told me that they would give me another PS4 but I will not get another game since they couldn’t eject it. Basiclly if I want a working system I have to lose the $ 50 I spent on the game, but I am able to repurchase the game for another $ 50. So sad for Gamestop they just lost a loyal customer, there is new competition and I will be paying them a visit.
