We’ve lived in a lot of different rentals managed by everything from private landlords to large management companies and FBM has been the best.
There is always a friendly voice or face to respond QUICKLY to any matter, big or small. The vast majority of issues were resolved same day – especially helpful when it’s the AC broken in Texas summer!
Melissa has been wonderful to work with and I have nothing but nice things to say about my interactions with her and her staff.
