EcoGuard Pest Control

I was hesitant to try out eco guard pest control. However I am so glad I did! I really appreciate that the technician, Richard helped address the issues I was having with ants and spiders inside and went out of his way to give me advice on how to keep preventing them. I have no more little unwanted «house guests» YAY! Thanks EcoGuard and Richard!

My tech Eric is awesome. He is always professional and informative. I had a problem with scorpions and ants and since he has been my tech they are gone. I appreciate his hard work. I would not have any other tech other than him.

I have ended my contract with Proz after 4 years of service due to customer service. The office CSR is definitely ran by young uneducated, no respect ladies. I love my tech Andy and the only reason ive stayed this long. LINZIE argued with the customer «me» in an unprofessional tone of voice and I gladly said I will be canceling my services with Proz. An hour in a half later I got an email with an invoice stating «cancelation of service» and charging me my quarterly fee! Wow, no call from a manager, nothing! Just proved to me how they do not deserve my business. I’ve had to have them come out numerous times during quarterly for issues but that was not the reason I decided to end, it was the young lady arguing with me on the phone. I’m still in awe, wow.

Overtime the service has been better. Our specific tech has come to our property each time and is very timely and respectful. Product is improving tremendously

I have been using Proz for about 9 months and they have been nothing but professional and always answer my questions. They even have organic products that are safe for my pets, children and unborn child that have eliminated by pest concerns. We will continue to use them for continued maintance.
