Atmosphere– nice(low-light, intimate) Service– good(prompt, polite) Food–(average…not creative) Cocktail-hmmm…watery and… more water… Tried 4 items on their cocktail list; it’s ridiculous how bad the drinks are.

My husband and I visited PaneVino this past Friday and loved everything from the atmosphere to the food. It is very low lit and intimate and decorated nicely. Our server, Kim, was very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food was the star here though. My husband had the alfredo and I had the quail and we each enjoyed our meals immensely. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

After tasting a sampling of creative appetizers at a catered function for a group meeting in Downtown Enid, we decided to see what the rest of the menu was like. Nicely decorated, this quiet Bistro was a nice downtown find. I had the pan seared Italian Sea bass on top of creamed leaks and mashed potatoes. I also had a side salad which was crisp and fresh. My friend had pasta Premevera with shrimp, asparagus, mushrooms, lemon and white wine and mixed with tri-colored shells. My friend commented that it is hard to find a pasta dish like this that isn’t swimming in sauce. It was a delicious change. She also had a creative Mediterranean Salad. Good food and good service. Another reliable independent located downtown.

I understand this is Enid, Ok and not a large metropolitan restaurant. But if you’re gonna throw that vibe out there that you are an upscale big city establishment you better have the menu to back it up. You want to charge $ 8 for a wedge salad? It needs to come on a chilled serving dish and damn well better have more than just blue cheese chunks/dressing on it. Pretty sure bacon is on most of those, even at the Chili’s on Owen K. The panini seemed to be a bunch of meat between pressed bread and the pasta Milano was no more than a simple Alfredo with some sun dried tomatoes tossed in. Disappointed with the meal, the staff was great. How could they not be? We were the only people in the place. Gave it a chance and they missed the mark. Bad deal because Enid needs a good restaurant like this one could’ve been

Had spaghetti and meatballs tasted worse than chef boyarde, the caprese was slathered in olive oil and balsamic, the farfalle was just slathered in cheese sauce and oil, the wedge salad has very watery blue cheese dressing this is a place I will never ever come back to

I don’t know if I will ever go to this place. Couple of my fiends was down on the Square on first Friday and of course Enid did not have any place to use the rest room. So we was standing next to the restaurant wondering where to go I said to myself and to them you probably go into this restaurant and is there a restroom since I have eaten there before and drank at the bar. I stood outside waiting for them to return. And I noticed it took them an awful long time to return so I went in and sat at the bar and ordered a drink. My phone rang and it was my friend and she told me that the hostess would not let them use the restroom for customers only. It made me so angry since I’ve been there many times eating and drinking at the bar that I called the bartender over and told him that to have my friends potential customers asked to use the restroom and your hostessed denied them access. He said he was sorry but that there was nothing he could do about it I said yes there is you can talk to your manager and tell him about the incident I willnever eat at this place again or enter it or do business anybody that denies potential customers access to the restroom

This is about as upscale as Enid gets. We stop in on occasion and grab a appetizer at the bar and have a pint or two. Their homemade tater tots are great, they have cheese, and green onion blended in with the potato. We had an order of them along with caprese salad that we shared. Great food.

Overall, bland. Had a fried chicken dish for dinner. Not worth the price. Website looks great/sophisticated but not same experience in person. Seems cheap and thrown together. They had a unique Oklahoma made vodka. I would maybe try for lunch and get a salad but never gonna spend that much for a blah dinner again.

Looking for a nice place for a special occasion, dinner with a loved one or a romantic date spot? Save your evening– run, don’t walk– to another restaurant! For a place literally named«bread and wine» you’d think they would at least have some decent food to go along with their extensive wine collection. I have been here three times for dinner and once for lunch, and only one of those visits I can categorize as remotely pleasant. The first time I visited, the food was bland, uninspiring and honestly tasted like it had been shaken right out of a box. It was depressing to say the least. I gave it another shot when some friends wanted to go for tapas(a term they use incorrectly– none of their dishes really come close to being«tapas»). Out of the four dishes we ordered, just one was good, and none of them were worth the price. My final visit –at the insistence of an out-of-town friend– I reluctantly gave it one last shot. Unsurprisingly, the service was terrible. When the clueless waitress did finally get around to delivering our caprese, it was the worst I had ever had(how can you so royally screw up tomatoes and mozzarella?) The cheese tasted like sandpaper, and even worse– it actually gave my friend an allergic reaction! The other dish, calamari(I know– calamari in OK, what did we expect?) tasted like cheap orange chicken from a third rate Chinese take-out. After this terrible hive-inducing meal, the waitress could not understand why we were upset with the food. When she asked how our meal was, I politely but frankly stated that it was quite bad. She stared blankly at me, asked if the food had been too hot or cold, then shrugged and walked away. She returned with a scowl and trusted a full-price check at the table, while my friend scratched at his allergic-break out crawling up his neck. I wish I could say that the food is the worst part– but the service is awful! Rude, condescending and mean people make up most of the staff, and I recommend never, ever hiring out a bar tender from this place for a local party(OK liquor laws… ugh), because they will be a downer the whole evening and just be plain out rude to customers. The only– ONLY– saving grace that gives this restaurant a two instead of one star rating, is they have an ok lunch menu that’s less pretentious and more reasonable priced. But honestly, if I want to eat mediocre food without the rude service for a better price I can visit one of Enid’s many chain restaurants.

It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. For Enid, I can see how this would be a good thing for locals, but would leave seasoned diners with something less than to be desired.

I can see how this would be a place for someone with no dining experience to think this is what all fancy restaurants are like– but overpriced wine and food that comes out of a can is not acceptable. I came here and was offered few options for a vegetarian, but I’m flexible, so when they told me they had pasta primavera I bit– after all I love grilled vegetables and carbs! Well the bread was fine, and though over priced, the wine wasn’t bad. When they brought me my «pasta primavera» I was completely underwhelmed-clearly the vegetables(peas carrots and green beans) came out of a can. The pasta was undercooked and the sauce was bland and flavorless. My dining partners all got the same thing– crab cakes. I heard they weren’t bad but I tried the mashed potatoes– they were instant and pretty damn bad. I can’t believe this was the«best» dining experience Enid has to offer. I already ate better for lunch down the block. Our service was fine-I feel bad for the waitresses. Never again!

I would likely never come here if I visited Enid again. Came with a large group and was given a limited menu. The options were not exactly their best foot forward. The items we ordered were fairly bland, and also fairly frozen-food tasting. For the price, the food wasn’t up to par. All tables of the group were served separately and in long times a part making it hard to leave all together. I can see this being a «fancy dinner» place for locals but would not come again if I were not a local. I can see it having a lot of potential in a small town.

We were looking for a nice restaurant for date night and heard about PaneVino. I liked the atmosphere immediately when we walked inside, including the tables set-up out front. Although other reviewers say this restaurant is pricy, I disagree. I think the prices were good for the portions and quality of food. The drink prices were also pretty good, although most of the wines had to be ordered by the bottle(still fairly priced) rather than by the glass. The hostess was friendly when we walked it(we made a reservation as recommended). Our waitress was also friendly in recommending different tapas to try. We ended up trying the stuffed peppers which were delicious! For our main dish, we ordered the Shrimp Portofino and Quail Medallions. We were stuffed from the tapas and main dish so we did not get to try the dessert. The bill for 2 of us was about $ 80. It was a wonderful dining experience and I do not recommend you dine here if you are in a rush to go somewhere. We will definitely go back again the next time I am in Enid.

For Enid, I was quite impressed. Took my wife here for our anniversary. We ordered tapas, which ended up being more food than we could handle. Recommend for special occasion or date night

Some ladies from church met up at PaneVino for lunch. It was delicious! The service was good… the wait staff was quick and attentive without being a bother. I had one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. It was chicken with brie. Absolutely amazing. I’d like to go back again for dinner this time and actually check out their wine list.

Service staff is excellent. Not sure I like the high chairs in most of the restaurant. Takes away from the ambiance. Chef specials are wonderful. Redfish, Lamb Shank, both done marvelously and creatively. House made salad dressing(ranch and blue cheese) could use some work. Hamburger is excellent. Wine list good. TV’s at bar take away some of the ambiance, also. This place is definitely a keeper.

Great place. A classy, upscale restaurant in the charming little downtown of Enid. Service is friendly and fast, ambiance is cool, food is great, decent sized wine list. The only problem with the wine list is that the majority of their offerings cannot be ordered by the glass, you have to get the whole bottle. So if you want to try a few different varieties or if you don’t want to drink too much, you have a much smaller list of choices. Most restaurants offer all of their wines by the glass, save for two or three rare or expensive bottles. Anyways, I came here for my birthday. I was working longterm in the oilfields outside of town and it was the first time in my life I would have to spend a birthday away from family and friends. I decided the least I could do was go into town and treat myself to a nice meal. Found PaneVino through Unilocal.I got the bruschetta appetizer, ribeye steak(came with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots), and a glass of syrah(forgot the name of it!). Everything was very tasty. And like I said the service and ambiance were great too. I’m glad I went there. It turned around what could have been a really depressing day into an alright one.

This little downtown spot overlooking the town square has an interesting choice of sandwiches and a few pastas. Going for lunch, I didn’t get the whole experience. Will definitely go back for dinner on our next Enid excursion. Their food is thoughtfully presented but not so much I felt like I would eat myself into a coma. It was interesting they use counter-height tables. It seems a little crowded, but that’s a good thing, right? T black table clothes and dim lighting kept it feeling cozy. Good job, Enid!

Went to celebrate our 15 year anniversary, today, at Panevino. I will NEVER return. Being stationed around the world with the Air Force, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many great restaurants and their owners. Panevino ranks as the worst. The service is horrid and be ready to spend a long time waiting for it. Any complaints will be met with hostility from the«owners» and the waiter replies«I feel you, bro.» The owners will talk down to you when a concern is brought to their attention. Comments from the owner include, «You haven’t been waiting that long» and«we do things differently here in this restaurant» left me speechless. They were downright unprofessional and uncaring. Also, the food is way overpriced. Panevino’s website states their restaurant was really just suppose to be a winery when they were opening. I believe it. They have issues.

One of only a few upscale restaurants in Enid. Great downtown location directly across from the courthouse, with a great feel to it. Lots of artwork on the wall, an inviting bar, and even live music on this particular Friday night. It looks like the preferred meeting place and eatery of Enid’s business crowd. If you’re going to be an upscale restaurant, you have to bring it in every area. Unfortunately, my first impression was the glass of water on my table, which tasted horrible. Then, the marbled bread dipped in olive oil as a complimentary appetizer lacked any flavor. The menu offered some redeeming qualities, I had the quail breasts with baked apple. WOW! Very delicious. Panevino offers steaks, seafood, pasta, and lots of tapas. The total was around $ 55-$ 60 pre-tip for two people.
