Just checked out Enid’s newest food truck. Is it a gourmet restaurant with 10 pages of menu items? No! They keep it simple. Hot dogs & deli sandwiches. I tried a Max Dog with Ms. Vickie’s chips. My wife is a vegetarian, so she had a veggie hoagie and chips. I didn’t try hers, but she seemed happy. My dog was great. I kept it simple, just mustard and relish. The bun was perfectly steamed, so it was nice and soft without being soggy. Apparently, the owner will be posting up here at the United parking lot for the time being. Come and check it out, I doubt you’ll regret it.
