So if you ever get the discomfort of having to pay a bill here be prepared for petty arrant attitudes. The front desk lady mostly. I never got a first notification. You never do. The utilities driver doesn’t bother to put the note out. If you have fallen behind on a payment, or have bad luck like I do, it’s best to just pat it and move on. You won’t win an argument with this fools. The lady in the first office is nice. To be fair, I haven’t seen any other ladies. But the front desk in the utilities office is unnecessarily unpleasant.
