$ 400 spent on a 25×36″ frame, matte, glass and after paying I’m told that «corporate policy» is not to provide me with an itemized receipt. They will not provide any documentation showing the size, choice of matte, etc. I’m told that it was «put into the system» and should be ready in 2 – 3 weeks. I need to now have faith that the order will be filled correctly. When speaking with the manager she told me that she agrees with me that it is crazy, but it is policy.
