I had to have TWO surgeries to remove a kidney stone. The first time around, the doctor supposedly broke the laser inside of me and I had to come back for a second surgery. I later found out this is a common tactic when a patient has a HDHP(high deductible healthcare plan), in order to pump up the bills. At my final follow-up visit, I was told there was no copay. Of course, months later I was sent a bill for the visit, which I refused to pay. They sent it to a half-ass collection agency. However, the claim amount is for less than $ 100, so it does not get calculated into your credit score as per the new FICO scoring algorithm.

Horrendous urology center. The lady at the front office, Amanda, was so rude and completely unsympathetic to any and all medical issues. Worst service I’ve ever had at a doctors office. Everyone seems to be on their high horse. Urology center has grown way too big for its own taste and they’re all self-entitled. I would NEVER recommend going here ever.

Saw Dr. Gary D. Wasserman, MD — he was good in terms professional Dr. but main issue is un-needed ultra sound on multiple areas to be able to charge insurance more money. One of scrotum and another was same area by groin costing $ 425& $ 870, respectively and 30 mins office visit charge of $ 480 which cost total of $ 1780! and even with insurance, out of pocket cost was $ 502.63 I would never go back, trying maximize their profit. Just using the system and done right greedy and unethical!
